Is it due with the expanded octet in some way?

Me and my friends were playing Commander today and we had 2 ruling problems but we are still quite new to the game.

1) I had a Teferi's Puzzle Box and I returned multiple commanders to peoples hands using Evacuation, can commanders go back into the deck or do they go back to the command zone?

2) Someone had a Roon of the Hidden Realm on the field, can he use its ability to exile a creature from the grave and have it return to the field at the end of his turn?

1/(cosx + sqrt3sinx)^2 apparently cancels to 1/4sec^2(x-pi/3) but i dont see how

If anyone could walk me through step by step I would be very appreciative.

I was just looking over my maths notes and I saw the equation n.r=n.a and was wondering if anyone could tell me what the letters stand for?

I believe the n may be normal, but not sure about the other 2.

So my son has recently been using all of the 50mb connection we have coming into our house, I was wondering if there was a way to maybe limit his usage to a 20mb bandwith leaving me still with useable internet??

I just got the Carnifex out of a spectre pack now I was wondering how do you rank up the weapons in multiplayer??

I see people with like an "X" or a "V" after their weapon name but I just have a "I" and if I get the upgrades in the packs is there any particular pack that will get upgrades?

To upgrade a Carnifex do i need to get Spectre packs or can I do it with recruit packs??

As much info as possible would be great

I was just thinking about buying the Painkiller:Black Edition on Steam, it looks like a fun game but before I get it I just wondered if anyone knew how active the online mode is, are there many public servers that have a good ping or is it pretty much dead online now???

I just got BFBC2 in the recent Steam Deals and I cant play online on that game, I have opened these ports 25565 (Minecraft), 80, 13505, 18390, 18395, 10000. All of these are TCP and UDP ingoing and outgoing.

When I try to go online, there is no error I just cant search for any servers and then when i click on play now I am just put into a game on my own and no-one can join me.

If u see any problems pls tell me thx
