It's from Romeo & Juliet, and I have a vague idea of what it means, but could anyone explain it in detail, perhaps?

I am constantly receiving text messages in Dutch meant for someone named 'Jacoba'. It's been happening for months now and I'm tired of it, so could you please translate the following for me:

"This is not Jacoba, I have been receiving texts for that person for months now but this has been my number for over a year. I'm tired of it, so could you please tell everyone you know that is looking to contact Jacoba that this is not her number?".

Why and why not?
