Does dish soap change the affect of spraying clear coat?
I was spraying new clear coat on my car, and I did one panel and it came out great although then i did my hood and it came out looking very bad. The only different was I washed the hood with dish soap prior to spraying.

I m 15 years old around 5 6 120lbs, I m a pretty skinny dude. I was wondering if it would be better to start out lifting at home ( I have Dumbbells but nothing else ) Or go ahead and get a gym membership and start lifting there with a buddy. Also any supplements you would reccomended? ( if any )
