  • Dropping out of college?

I currently study a BTEC Level 3 in public services at college, along with an AS level in English language. I kinda rushed picking these as I was really unsure what to do. For the first few weeks it was ok, but as the course developed i started to enjoy it less and less.

I also realised that most of the people in my class were com nobheads. I'm wanting to drop out but I don't wanna let my family and friends down. I i feel a completley different person at this place, I used to be so lively and upbeat but this place has made me drift into the background and become someone thats just quite, and tbh rather miserable in the classroom. Like i'm chained to the place.

I tried getting on with some of them but they just don't have the same sense of humour and alot are a bit geeky. See i was thinking about swapping for a BTEC in maybe Business or perhaps someting to do with English at another college. Something more creative. It's not that i'm not good at Public services, i'm targeted distinctions. You might ask why didn't i drop out at the beginning? I was doing so well, my family was proud. Now i've just fallen behind on all the coursework and have NO motivation + I don't want to enter the public services anymore; fat chance of getting in anyway.

Now I'll stop rambling. What would you guys do? Drop out? Find another course next year? Any idea on what a BTEC Level 3 extended diploma in Business Adminstration is actually like? I actually want to achieve something in life but right now I feel so down and like i'll probably end up on the dole. If you've actually read all this Bull***t, then you're advice would be muchly appreciated.

    Lost and confused!

    Cheers.

  • Would the aisle seats at liverpool empire theatre give a good view?

I was thinking of buying some tickets too see a show, however there are not many seats left. but the aisle seats near to the front have not been purchased and i was wondering if there was anything wrong with the view from these seats? it would proably be the 5th or 6th row. Close to the front. must be something wrong with them as it is a fairly popular showing?

  • what are the Best seats at MEN for taylor swift 29th march 2011?

Right, the only seats left available are in block 104 in the lower tier, or block J on the actual floor arena. Which would be best? or would it not be worth going because they are both so far away.. wouldn't it be a better view in the lower tier because the view would be slightly elevated?

  • MEN arena manchester?

Is block J on the floor arena good seats? i know that they are on the actual floor so would be considered good seats, but they are the furthest back. Would it not be better to sit in the lower tier and get an elevated vie?. Anyone any seating experiences about this.

  • What is English language like at A-Level?

Just got my results and I got a B at GCSE. Maybe could have gone one better and achieved an A but no harm done. I was considering taking it at college but i know it is a serious step up. Anyone know how difficult it is, the things your expected to do etc. Just anything about it basically. Also what A-levels have you, or would you take and for what reason? Thanks :)

  • Why do my musces feel like fat?

have been working out for around a year and a half and am almost 17. I had hardly any muscle or fat to begin with and had a fairly lanky complexion. As my muscles have grown in all areas they feel like fat until i tense them and they go rock hard. I have tried to tone them by doing lighter weights but more reps but this appears to have no effect. Any idea how i can get more toned-up. Because it is actually muscle just feels very soft and fat like. I work out about 3 times a week... what could i do? besides train more. Is this normal or am i doing something wrong? much appreciated
