And I'm 100% she does not have an eating disorder, because I know for a fact that anorexics/bulimics are the most secretive people ever. But my friend is always saying how she's on a diet, and telling me if she's lost weight. It gets really annoying because I am really insecure about my weight, and she is there, skinny as a stick, and she's complaining about being fat, when she clearly isn't. I know she's doing it for attention, but it makes me feel like crap, what can I do to get her to stop? Sorry if I didn't explain my situation enough to understand what I'm asking.

I woke up on Monday with what feels like a big lump in my throat, and I thought it would just go away.

But I've still got it, and it really hurts to swallow and yawn..? It feels like I have a hedgehog in my throat!

I can't get to the doctors til Tuesday, so does anyone know what could be up?

I've heard of something called strep throat, but I'm not sure.

And any ways to make it not hurt as much? Thanks.

I got my nose pierced two days ago, with a gun, and I did it even though they say I shouldn't with a gun. Now I'm really regretting it because I'm hearing all these scary stories about people getting HIV and stuff..?! What do I do?

It's not lumpy or anything, it's just a bit red and it doesn't really hurt.

Is it likely that I'll get an infection? If I just clean it lots will I be okay? I'm really scared. :(

RIght, I read Kurt Cobain's suicide note the other night, and it made me cry so much. He's like my hero, but I only just decided to actually look into his death finally. Ever since, I can't stop talking about him to all my friends. I keep reading/watching interviews with him in, and I'm not just an overreactive fangirl, I swear. I think it's because I've read the note, that all the grief has finally hit me..? This is kinda a dumb question, but yaaa...

I've got a Nikon D50 and whenever I try to take a picture really close to something, or sometimes not even that close, the lense just keeps zooming in and out and won't take a picture. D:

I'm really jealous of my best friend. She's perfect. She's good at everything, sport, art, guitar, everything I want to be good at. We're both not the popular ones so it's not as if she's the gorgeous, queen bee of the school, but she's just great at everything.

I used to think I was good at art, until I met her, and she's amazing at art! She has more patience than me, learning guitar. She's good at every sport. She better in every class then me.

Please, what do I do to stop myself being so jealous? It's getting me really down :( I don't want to fall out because of my jealousy, cuz she's the best thing thats happened to me in a while.

i'm learning the guitar, and i'm only 13, so i don't really know anything about guitars. when i do a C chord, my strings kinda vibrate and make this HORRIBLE noise! xD

Right, there's this boy in my class who I like, and I'm sure he likes me, because we had a little chat and he said he would like me to say yes if he asked me out. Well, I do really like him, and although I've not told any of my friends, I think they all know we like each other. I can't stop thinking about him, and well, my problem is, he's not very mature. I mean, I don't know what he'd be like if we went out with each other. We're both 13. I know that's kinda young but I've known him for a long time. But I can't help but smile when he's with me and I really wanna go out with him but I'm really stuck on whether to ask him out. Oh yeah, people in my class think he's a bit weird, and I don't really care about that, but what would I say if they asked me why I go out with him?

Me and my closest girlfriends have never had a boyfriend or anything, but nearly every other girl in our year and even the year below us at school have. When people find out I've never gone out with anyone they think I'm weird. I do have crushes but I don't really want a boyfriend right now. It's quite annoying because there's alot of pressure to go out with someone and I do think about it but I don't want to. Am I normal or should I start dating?
