Just wondering how do scientists extract neutrons from atoms?

i just turned 18 last week. i am a senior in high school. i will be going to college next year. my parents might stay in the US next year or they might most likely move back to my country next year. and i will be left alone in the vast U.S in a new scenario next year when i go to college. how will i survive without my parents who i grew up with for 18 years! its just happening too fast! im growing too old, i have to be independent and look after myself! how can i do this w/o parents? i know i sound childish but im not. im a grown 18 year old now. but my parents are my parents, my teaacher, my life, they look out for me, provide for me, now ill be alone. today my mom said u can scream at me in my house all you want but when she comes to my house in a couple of years and i scream at her she'll never come. i love them a lot, but the statement she said woke me up today and me realize i was just an infant yesterday clinging onto her and now i woke up today as an adult. its happening to quick. i want them to be in my life and be part of me. but i also have to go to college. i really do hope they stay here in new york and i get into NYU. if not ill have to go out of new york and they might go back to their country! please help. i am an 18 year old male adult but i feel like a young girl =(

my chest sometimes pounds too hard in the middle of my chest. it feels like a heart attack but in the chest. what is it? plz help!

every week or so, i keep having heart attacks that last for a second in my lower middle chest while sitting, playing, etc. what is it? is it really a heart attack or some gas in my chest moving really quick?

what is this? i have noticed that i regularly feel a really huge fast beat in my chest like at least once every two-three weeks... it feels like one of those panic attacks but the thing is im not even panicked... what can it be? do you guys experience it too?
