Hello, guys, I am new to the website, I am stuck on this question that I need help with.

There is a pin that connects 2 rods in a framework. The shear stress of the pin is limited to 50 kPA.

I need to calculate the minimum suitable diameter for the pin in the middle. But I am not sure how to get there. could someone explain the steps for me I would appreciate it a lot.

broke up with my gf of 4 years, one month ago but I still struggle with depression and bad anxiety. I cry every night, sleepless nights.. then eventually crying myself to sleep with like 4 hours worth of sleep... I try to get some ‘happy’ pills to try get my mood up, I turned to alcohol but it made me cry and think about it more. I seriously don’t know where to turn to next.. it’s hitting me so hard, I feel so down that I want to kill myself over this so I don’t feel any pain from it. I want to try some drugs to see if I can get my mind of it.. I don’t really want to go see a doctor about it as it’s so embrassing that a guy is despressed about this.. most of my friends says time will heal, well yes but I am stuck in the past, I can not move forward without her it’s painful that she’s cheated and happy with her new bf... anyone with any idea what I could do to get her off my mind, I am just thinking to change my number and deleteing everything about her. So I can not just go back, but knowing me it will make it whole lot worse but I am such a curious person :/

I broken up with my girlfriend it’s over a month now. It still feels very recent to me.. I really don’t know where to start with this. We are both around 22 years old and been together for just under 4 years. I felt like I’ve grown up with her, I loved every moment and every second with her. But maybe like the past year the relationship has gone down hill pretty fast if I’m honest. From the start of the relationship she always hide her phone from me, I got used to it even though I f**king hated it.

She is Korean, and I am British. She doesn’t give out information easily for example: if I ask who she is texting, she will just ignore me and she has a passcode on it too. She even turned ALL notifications OFF on her phone so there is no evidence etc to make her look innocent.

On Christmas 2017 just passed she came to England to study here for 6 months. I lived in Manchester and she lived in Liverpool. That wasn’t a problem because I had a car so I could see her anytime etc. She had a weekend ‘work’ in London every week, if you don’t know liverpool and London is like 4 hours by car... why would anyone travel that far just for work?

We had a big argument yesterday, because i wont tell her my phone passcode. I only changed because she has changed hers first, so i wanted her to know how i feel. So insecure seriously. She changed her passcode because we had an other big arugment like 1 week ago, after that she is consistently hiding her passcode from me and when she wants to use her phone she normal goes to the bathroom or face to screen ago from me, everytime. To be honest i do not really trust her so sad but true. i love her to pieces and i can not imagine my life without. but this is such a big deal to me its driving me crazy.

When i ask who you talking to shes like just a friend or she takes long to answer me and even ignores me...

i just do not know what to do... i can not leave her because i will just miss her too much. i just normally pretend she is doing nothing on the phone and carry on doing my own stuff.

its heart-breaking, she knows i wont leave her. When we aruging she is always like i want a new guy , I hate you , " **** off" etc.. She is very psychical as well she will slap me, punch me, kick me, scratch me, spit at me.. i could go on for days talking about what psychical abuse. Like last night she like pointing scissors at me very closely and maybe last month was a knife :(

Talking about it make me so upset, but i do love her to pieces. i have so many scars when she scratched me :/

I have problems with my dick. first of all my foreskin is way to tight to be pulled back and when I do manage to pull it back it doesn't look 'normal' with all the skin all folded weirdly etc. Also when I touch the head of my dick it really sensitive, even I little touch makes it so uncomfortable ( or too good) whatever.. hmm
