Is it better to train 1 or 2 body parts per workout?
I've been working out off and on for a few years now (bodybuilding). I've always trained at least 2 bodyparts per workout, training my entire body in 3 days. I take 1 or 2 days off and do it again. I know when training for strength more rest is better and I don't want to overtrain. I know a lot of guys in the gym only train 1 body part per day. You would have to work out more days a week doing this and it also leaves a long time before you get back to that first body part again. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have unopened containers of engine oil sitting in my shed for years,(probably 4 or 5 years). Would it still be ok to use in a car?

I have a large chip (about the size of a dime) in one of my bowling balls. I was thinking about using liquid plastic filler and then sanding and polishing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
3 AnswersOther - Games & Recreation9 years agois it best to start my motorcycle over the winter months or leave it sit?
it is in an unheated garage. I also have a trans am for 7 years that I store in the winter and I start it up occasionally to charge the battery, move it, let it come up to operating temp, just to keep everything moving. Does the same hold true for a motorcycle?
