Side of EPIC

So I was driving home from track practice today because I had to go to the bathroom the other day, and I was flying through the parking lot get home from the High School(huge parking lot, and there were ~5 cars parked) and I was driving about 35mph through the parking lot on the outside, because there was nobody there. Came up to a stop sign in the lot and didn't completely stop(nobody there) and went up the rest of the parking lot's driveway tot he main street(didn't go that fast, 25mph) and stopped at the stop sign. Looking at my car is my county sheriff of a neighbor, who is walking with his wife and daughter (daughter was biking on the sidewalk while him and his wife were walking on the street) and he's there just looking at my vehicle weird. I go over into the other lane a little bit to give them walking room and carry on up the street. I'm looking in my rear view mirror and his wife and him are looking at my car the whole way up while walking. We're they trying to get my plates? Can I get ticketed even though I didn't do anything illegal on the streets? Thanks.

Say the same parts break on each car, (radiator for example) will the BMW or the Volvo cost more(usually) Thanks!

I'm looking at a 95 Golf GTI vr6, some Volvo Turbo sedans(s40,s60,s80) and an older Civic Si. I've looked into Integras also. Would prefer if I can get it in stick shift. Would like a foreign car. Thanks!

I have an Android smartphone, so I can play music through bluetooth or an aux cable. I don't want an FM transmitter because the audio quality goes way down. How do I go about this? Thanks guys

I'm turning 16 soon and my parents told me they'd purchase me a car, which I am grateful for. The main car I am looking at right now is a 2000 Volvo S40 with 135k miles and a 2003 Volvo S40 with 148k miles. Both are in astounding shape. I like this car because I've read that they're a quick car with that turbo that they have, yet also economical with the 1.9 liter 4 cylinder. The 2000 Volvo is $2500 and the 2003 is $3500, is the 2003 worth the extra $1k? Also, are Volvos reliable? I've heard they're expensive to fix. thanks!

P.S. How bad is insurance compared to say, a Ford Taurus? I'm a 16 year old male.

So there's this girl that I like, and I'm like 80% sure she likes me back. I want to create a mix CD that has maybe 5 songs max that just explain how I feel about her. The songs I know I want to put on there are "You" by Dave Days, "You're Beautiful" by James Blunt, "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz and "Poprocks and Coke"...there maybe others but I definitely don't want to over do it. I just want her to get the message that I like her because I don't have the b@lls to ask her out yet, and I feel like this might be a bit more outgoing and I could ask her to be my girlfriend later.

I want to name it "I'll let Cap win if I have to..." because we have this kind of debate that gets brought up every now and then about who would win in a fight, Batman or Captain America. Neither of us will budge.

She is coming up to the local fair in my town(she lives in a different town) and if the day/night goes really well I want to give it to her.

Is this a good idea or no?

Well there's this girl I like, but I don't know if she likes me. She lives about 20 minutes away from me, so we go to different schools. Anyways, on facebook, we were talking and she said "You're really smart, I had no idea, I like that!" She's also said that it's really cool and interesting that I build computers, repair phones, know about that stuff etc. I've told her that on a scale of 1-10 I feel like I'm like a 1 or a strong 2, and she said: "no you're not, but I think that looks shouldn't matter, and as long as a guy is nice and kind, that's what I think matters". There was this point for a few months where I didn't talk to her because she was in a relationship, and she said "I know you liked me the minute we started talking, but I have a boyfriend and I think we should stop texting because I don't want to do anything that could damage my relationship". I thought she liked me before that, while she was in a relationship because of how she behaved around me. We had State Skiing championships, so we were around each other a lot for three days. Whenever she would sit down, she would sit next me. When we would have a group conversation she would look at me even though she was talking to everybody and would smile. She would always ask me questions etc. Sadly, she had food poisoning the second day, and left about halfway through. I would comfort her while she wasn't feeling well until she went home. Later that night I texted her to make sure she was getting better. Continued-

So there's this girl, She's a Junior I'm a Freshmen. I've talked to her three times before (I've asked her a question or two and that was it) but otherwise I've never talked to her. I'm too nervous and don't know how to go up and try to have a conversation with her. (Also, the only time right now that we see each other is during Track & Field practice.) I think she might find me attractive because occasionally I'll look up and see her looking at me (maybe 3-5 times that I've noticed it) I've also noticed that if we're together as group, say we have team meeting in a group, if I look around she will be near me, maybe 10-15 feet away. Or like we played this game called ninja, if you know what it is? We got into a circle and she was last out of like the 15 of us because she was talking to her friends or something. She comes and stands by me! Stuff like that has happened. Now the real part is, for our first track meet of the season, we had a 1.5-2 hour bus ride for the varsity meet (so half the team was there) and it was girls in the front guys in the back. I was by myself and there was maybe 2 or 3 seats that she could've sit in. I was near the cutoff point and i think there was one open seat for the girls and I had an open spot and one other person across the aisle had an open spot. I didn't wave her down or anything and she comes down and sits by ME. I was kinda nervous for the whole bus ride and we talked for oh, a minute max for those two hours. (the rest is in updates)

I just got a new Moto X (US Cellular) and my data isn't working. It says it's connected to 4g but whenever I try to go on facebook, open a webpage etc. it keeps saying "webpage not available", "no connection" etc. and it's really getting on my nerves. Why isn't this working? Can you help me?

Money aside, I love the Moto X's features, but I'm a power user and prefer the specs of the S4, such as the bigger 1080p screen and the quad core Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU. What should I get?

Okay, I LOVE the Moto X's features, the touchless control, how you check notifications, and Moto Assist. I'm just scared that the Dual Core CPU won't last 2 years. If I were to get the Galaxy S4 I would have all the power that I want along with a stock android experience, however I wouldn't get the touchless control, Moto assist etc. I also like the 5" screen and the better camera and the 1080p display. I am a power user, I know what these phones are capable of but I want to know what you guys think i should get. They both have there positives and negatives. Please help!

So I'm building a computer(cost is roughly $450 after all the rebates and stuff are done) and I have about $250 available in in the coming months I have $300 coming in(but I don't know when) and then there's christmas. If I want to build the PC now, can I use bill me later and pay the $450 in pieces, or is there something I'm missing? Do I have to pay interest, is there a fee for using it? It's on newegg btw. It's one of the payment options(Bill me Later-I'd like no payments or interest for 6 months on orders of $250) what is the disadvantage? There's no info about a credit card or anything.
