Ar there any slim backpacks, and I mean slim, backpacks for school use? I only carry 4 folders and 2 notebooks and a calculator so its not much to carry. Are there any slim, good looking backpacks for guys? I dont mean like stealth backpacks or anything like that. Just a nice looking slim school backpack. Today at around 3pm I decided to click "shutdown and install updates". I left for a couple of hours and came back at 5 and it still was on "installing updates 1 of 2". And now, 10pm (about 7 hours later) it's still on "installing update 1 of 2"............ whats wrong????????????????????????? What can I do if it takes too long?

I am going to do an internship during the summer at a biotechnology company. What else can I do to get accepted? The reason I want to go to Duke or Emory is because I'm very interested in medicine.

ok, so i'm going to buy a new wah pedal, i'm debating over the crybaby slash pedal or the dimebag crybaby from hell. I dont mind price if you want to suggest any other pedals.

I play mostly rock, like jimi, metallica, led zeppelin, etc. Once in a while i'll play some blues but not that often. Sometimes whan i play heavy songs, i'll have alot of gain effects on it so i want a pedal that will play through that and sound cool.

I am planning on buying an ed hardy jacket. It says its trimed with faux fur, but I dont want to buy it knowing that it could come from animals. If you know anything about it please respond.
