Could any one provide me with some advice/help and/or /modifications

I am 18, 6' 2", weigh 325 pounds and I want to get in shape. I have recently lost over 25 pounds (I was about over 350 it is my scales max limit and it was saying E) in about 3-4 months, and kept it off for nearly 2 months now. If I make a plane to get down to lets say 250 in a year to a year and a half is that a reasonable goal?

some people have told me that the actual change depending on the songs tones etc so they will be the same every time you play the same song and different when you play a different song. i however believe that it is completely random.

so the question is. so the question is do the visualizations change with a songs beat, tone, etc.? or is it completely random?

i live in the united states so called "bible belt (no offense meant to anyone). and at school i openly admit that i am an atheist. some people they for one say that means i worship the devil and after 10 minutes of failing i don't believe in a devil either they start attacking me, and i normally believe that if some one has faith in a god or anything that's fine. but after a few minutes of them telling me what a terrible person i lose it and attack their beliefs. i basically told them some scholarly interpretations of the bible and they get insulted and take of.

anyway trying to be a nice guy i want to apologize to them but im not sure about how to go about it because im not that great at apologies any suggestions please.

in the page i want half of the screen to be a picture with the other half being a paragraph of text, so that i can center a table under them to form a triangle like pattern. how could i do this. especially the splitting the screen with the text and a picture. so that its roughly half and half

if i pay 500lp to bring it back at 2500 and it is destroyed and i pay another 500 does it come back at 3000?

i have to CD player neither of them work and the first will be labeled 1 the other 2

1. is a Phillips it turns on etc but when i hook up my speakers correctly, it wont play music when i do it incorrectly you her fuzz. but the speaker work in my sisters cd player.

2. is a GPX it is a 5 CD player changer but the eye doesn't work (i do not believe the eye is fixable and im fine with that) and the tape and radio worked fine and so did the mp3 player plug in, untill it started having problems. now it will randomly only play 1 or 2 of the 4 speaker that are hooked up to it i tried hooking only one up it randomly cuts out as if it was switching to another one

any ideas to whats wrong if its fixable by my self if its cheaper to get it fixed in a shop or something or if i should get a new one.

I would really like help in dealing with the problem these annoying people. i was thinking louder headphones.

last week my niece pushed a button while on myspace i dont know what the button was but it made the screen looked all squished and know a week later i still cant get it back to normal any ideas on how to do this 10 points to the first answer that solves my problem.

Ive been looking around on randow sites, the names of which are not important theyrs all the same when you get to the basics, and when any one expresses their own opinion they get made fun of? Is that really what the world has come to?

I want to try to slowly loose weight. first i want ot give up either soda or coffee. i cant give up both because caffeine helps me wake up ect. i was thinking i would give up the soad cause it has more sugar. which one would make more sense.
