I left my job last month due to a multitude of reasons. I hated the company’s culture, favoritism, the commute, there were no accountability for those who performed actions that were costly and dangerous, I felt undervalued, and there was no such thing as work-life balance. I was so dissatisfied with the position that I decided to resign. This is a large company, but due to the above reasons I knew that was not a place to grow my career. I have researched this question however the consensus seems to be giving a vague answer that’s short and to the point. I have tried a vague answer and the interviewer kept poking to try to get more out of me. How do I answer this question truthfully without making a bad impression on the interviewer?

Both of my parents have passed away. They were purchasing a home and as of October my mother was making the mortgage payments. I have yet to notify the mortgage company of my mothers death because I fear I cannot pack and remove their belongings before the bank takes the home. I do not wish to go through the probate process therefore I will not be selling their home. How long does the finance company give you to remove belonging from the home?

I was fortunate enough to live with my parents while I attended college for my undergraduate degree. I am now working on my masters and would like to move out on my own for the first time. This is big change for me and I want to go about it the right way. I was wondering what others experienced when they moved out on their own. Thanks for your time!

A graduated last month with a B.S. in food and Nutritional Science with a concentration in Dietetics. I have been out of school for a month and I have yet to find a job. I have found that dietetics is not an area I am interested in and have been looking in the food science area. I am lucky enough to have my own car, no bills, some saving, and a roof over my head, but I would like to start a life of my own. Job hunting has become depressing and I'm thinking of going back to school for my master's degree. I have even tried looking for jobs which require little skills and still I have not had one interview. Any suggestions on what I should do? I'm feeling hopeless. Anyone in the same situation? I have a 4 year old lab mix who is shedding excessively. I can rub her back and feel the hair collect in my hands. She is doing all her normal behaviors and she has not displayed any signs of feeling bad. She has been shedding badly for about a week. I have checked for ticks and bumps and their are none. Normally during this seasonal change she sheds quit a bit but this time it is just to much. I try to brush her and the brush fills up in less than 5 min. She sleeps and eats in her normal patterns. I gave her a bath but her fur seems the same.
