I am working hard to become better at my job. I want to be the best. Do you have any tips on how to be a great sales representative? I would love any positive advice I can get.

At work I am required to ask every caller for their email. I also must have collected 90% of the emails I asked for by the end of the month. What are some nice polite ways to ask the caller that would better my chances of them giving it to me?

Friends and laughs as if I have never seen it before even though I have seen every episode tons of times? I still love that tv show! Maybe I'm just crazy.

you see a girl who has a hug pimple on her fore head? I work with this really cute guy Just met him a few days ago. I woke up the other day with a huge pimple on my forehead. I tried to hide it but well it was pretty impossible.So I tried to not look at him as much as possible. I am hoping that over then next two days(while i'm off work) it either goes away or gets smaller. Do you think he thinks I am gross?

I want to start dressing/looking more like a girl. I have started by adding more pink and purple to my wardrobe, but to be honest I suck at fashion and make up. Do you have any tips for me? I work with a lot of women and most of them always look so feminine and pretty. I want to look like that too. But I don't know how.

My daily make up is eyeliner, mascara and sometimes a little eyeshadow( I don't know how to use more than one shade at once)I also use pressed powder because foundation makes me break out.

My daily outfit choice is usually jeans (flare, because skinny jeans look funny on me) a plain v neck top/tshirt either pink, purple, or black.

and then flats or sneakers (I don't like when my feet get cold.)

And I usually wear a necklace and stud earrings.

I either wear my hair down or pinned up if it is hot (My hair is very thin and baby fine)

That's about it.

I never feel good about my appearance. I feel as if I always look like I just got out of bed. I just turned

31 last week and I have decided to change my look so I won't feel bad about myself anymore. I do get teased sometimes about not being very girly. I just don't know how. Please help if you can

I have been talking to my husband about this and he says he likes how I look, that I shouldn't feel

like I have to change, but he will help and support me with my choice. I want to change to make myself feel better. PLease help if you can.

That is if you get alone time. I love alone time. I am always at work or home with my family or friends. So when I do get alone time I freaking love it! I always plan on using it to do things around the house, but sometimes I just want to be lazy. How do you enjoy your alone time?
