How to be more girly?

I say you rock the tomboy look and look hot doing it. That's what I'd do, and don't show any retaliation when they tease you, they'll just tease you more, just don't show interest.

First off, don't change just because you get made fun of, it's who you are. But if you want to be more girly, try and wear "hipster" clothes, wear makeup(don't over do it) and get cute iPod/phone cases. Start off little by little, then you can be as girly as you want.

Eh be yourself. I I know how you feel. Don't worry about what your "friends" think of you. Don't feel like you have to wear makeup and dress nicely to make your friends happy. I know plenty of people who are tomboyish and lead great lives and even have boyfriends!
