I'm renting a house.

The carpet in the house is over 10 years old and needs to be replaced (it was there before I moved in). In fact all the floors in the house are in terrible condition.

The A/C went out a couple of months ago.

I had to pay to replace the garage door because it wouldn't let up for some reason.

I'm wondering am I suppose to be responsible for all those things. There's nothing in the contract/lease agreement that says I'm responsible.

I'm a college student and I don't have the money to replace and repair things. And right now I don't have the money to move.

I've tried on numerous occasions to contact my landlord about all these issues but I always get an "I'll look into" response....and he never looks into it.

My sister asked me to buy her a pregnancy test today. I told her that should tell my mom but she refused. What should I do???

90s...grunge/alternative...my favorite decade of music...also in 90s I think that's when the best rap and R&B songs came out.

late 90s-early 2000s there was Britney, Nsync, Backstreet Boys...etc...

I love how my parents talk about what music was like back in the 70s and 80s. When I have kids I want to be able to do the same thing...when music today is considered "oldies". But the way music is today I wouldn't want my kids to listen to it.

So anyways....is there anything special about today's music?
