Is crying at 'little' things normal behaviour?
I'm 24 yrs old and people have always told me that I am 'extra' sensitive because I cry at 'little' things and that I need to grow up a bit.
But as far as my own opinion is concerned, I feel that whenever I cried in the past, the cause that perpetrated the reaction was certainly not a 'little' one or at least I didn't picture it to be as insignificant or trivial. To me it was moving and so I couldn't help but cry. I also feel that I tend to feel things 'more' than average people would in normal circumstances eg. at times if I was watching an emotional scene in a movie or something I'd just burst out unconsciously.
I've tried to practice self-control but at times it feels as though it's just a part of being 'me' and I can't really help it.
I'd like to know if there's someone like me out there or if it's normal to be like that. And if it isn't, then how must I try to make it better.
Thanks :)
2 AnswersPsychology8 years agoDo you get sparkles in front of your eyes after looking at a camera flash?
I've noticed that whenever someone takes a picture of me and I try to look directly at the camera flash, I start to have sparkles in front of my eyes and it usually lasts for a couple of seconds then it dies away. They are kind of like a shower of little light flashes (it's hard to explain but it's sort of like that). I'd want to know if someone else has gone through the same or it's just me?
1 AnswerOptical8 years agoQuestion about the 'Interest List' on Facebook?
I made an Interest List on Facebook couple days back and I added about 80 pages to it. I did not 'like' the pages. I created the Interest List and 'added' them to it.
Now the problem is that the News Feed of that Interest List only shows updates from only 'some' of the pages and not 'all' of them. Since, I haven't 'liked' the pages so I can't hover over the 'Like' option of the particular pages and go to 'Show in News Feed'. But I have nevertheless, added them to the Interest List so ideally 'all' of them must show up. But they don't and I'd like to know if there's any way I can fix that.
Thanks.

2 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs9 years agoHow to have a louder, more audible and clearer voice?
I've had many people telling me that when I talk my voice is not loud enough even though I consider it to be pretty audible. If you have any reasons as to why a person's voice may not be loud including genetics or any other thing do let me know and most importantly, I'd like to know how I can make it more louder. I've noticed that if I 'try' to talk in a louder voice for a long period of time I usually get exhausted because my natural voice is very soft and i guess that because of that it sort of easily diffuses in the air.

3 AnswersPhilosophy9 years agoQuestion about bone density...?
I've read in a lot of different places that bone density is formed up till 20 yrs of age. If that's so then does it really matter if we take a lot of calcium 'after' 20? As in, would it be of any help because if the calcium 'does' go into your bones after 20 then the statement that bone density increases only till 20 would be incorrect.

4 AnswersOptical9 years agoHow many of you wear contact lenses for weak eye sight?
Why is it that doctors are always reluctant when you ask them if you can wear contact lenses instead of glasses? My friend wears it everyday and takes it off before sleeping but I've never heard her complaining or something and her eyes don't even look red or irritated so why do doctors and optometrists do that?
I'd really appreciate if people who 'WEAR' contacts could share their experience with me and tell me whether contacts have any sideeffects or not (and sideeffects might include irritation or dry eyes).
Thanks.

Everywhere it says that you can only apply kajal on the waterline or only the inside crease of the eye but can we use it on the eyelid as a substitute for eyeliner?
2 AnswersMakeup9 years agoDo your eyes get blurry after crying a lot?
Is it just me, or have you experienced it as well. My eyes become really puffy and swollen after I cry and they get so blurry, it's hard to open them up properly and see clearly. This blurriness lasts for almost 5 to 6 hours I think.
