In the United States is it illegal to use someone's name and insult them on twitter?

I saw someone post something along the lines of "Jimmy Harrelson is a piece of dirt".. Can they get in trouble for posting something like that and using the person's first and last name?

I love the song "When They Come For Me" by Linkin Park. What is the chanting, middle eastern sounding singing that is included in it considered? Where would I be able to find more singing/music that sounds like that?

I recently heard the Mormon hymn "If You Could Hie to Kolob", and it's pretty much one of the most beautiful hymns/songs I've ever heard. I enjoy it a lot (even though I'm not a Mormon). I was wondering if anyone knew any other hymns that are similarly beautiful in the haunting way that this one is? Perhaps some beautiful Catholic hymns? Any help would be great! Thank you!

So I just got a job as a fuel clerk at Kroger. I'm excited to get started, but at the same time I'm freaked out. I used to work at Walmart at the courtesy desk and I got angry and rude customers all the time. I explicitly remember when I first began working there and was training to work, and a man I was trying to help said "If you go any slower I'll fall asleep".. It's things like this that happened at Walmart that I can't get off my mind. It still upsets me today to think about it. And it makes me really anxious about my new job.

The people at my new job said "Angry customers will call you every name in the book, but you can't take it personally".. but I have trouble not taking it personally. I've always had trouble with an anxiety disorder, and this is causing me a lot of stress.. Does anyone else have this problem and/or have advice about how not to get upset when a customer is saying rude things to you?

I used to have a job at Walmart, and I got thrown over to work the courtesy desk pretty often. I ended up completely hating my job because I met so many angry customers, and most of them were just straight up ***** about what was going on.

I ended up leaving the job because I have a lot of trouble dealing with angry customers so often. Now it seems kind of like common knowledge that the angry customers go to customer courtesy, because that's where their problems are supposed to be solved.

Am I thinking correctly? Or are customers just angry a lot of times? My experience at Walmart has damaged my view of even wanting a job that deals with people at all. Does anyone have any helpful advice or information that maybe can get my spirits back up?

I've noticed what seems like a direct correlation when I drink plenty of water for a couple of days or so, it seems like the number of blackheads on my nose starts to lower, and the blackheads that are there seem to be loosened up and come out a lot more easily. I've always kind of assumed it was a coincidence and didn't think about continuing my higher water intake permanently. Is this just a coincidence? Or would it make sense that water would help eliminate blackheads? Any information would be great. Thanks.

I thought a patch or something would have fixed this by now, but when I play new vegas it freezes every time, only about 2 minutes into the game. I tried installing it and it only seemed worse. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips?

Basically I started prozac about 6 months ago for anxiety, and it seems like it has lowered my sperm count. My sex drive hasn't decreased much, but the volume of semen doesn't seem to be hardly as much as it used to be. Today I am talking to my doctor about quitting the prozac because it doesn't seem like it's doing much for my anxiety anymore. My question is will my sperm volume come back to the level that it was before I started taking it?

I am currently in RCIA, and in just an hour, I'll be attending my first Catholic Mass. I have never been there before, and I'm a little nervous about what to expect. I'm used to going to protestant churches where I got sucked into and/or judged by every single person who attended by every single aspect of my beliefs that I held, and it always made me feel very uncomfortable. I simply want to go to church to strengthen my relationship with God. Not necessarily the people around me. Making friends is fine, and association with people is fine, but I do not want to be judged because of something ridiculous or hear others being judged about something ridiculous. So far my experience has been great with the church and RCIA, and it amazes me how much more it agrees with my beliefs and helps me with my faith. I'm just a little nervous, as is to be expected for the first time of doing anything. Does anyone have any tips or information? I don't want sarcastic or rude comments. There is no need for them on this page, or in this world at all. Thank you.

I would like to find a website or a source that lists popular criticisms or "problems" with the different denominations of Christian churches. No, I don't intend to use these to criticize other churches. I personally think that every person has to develop their own personal relationship with Jesus to get into heaven. I would simply like to find out what the popular standpoints are that are taken against the different branches or denominations of Christianity. Any help and/or recourses would be great! I've looked all over the internet and I'm having a lot of trouble finding a source that has much information! Thanks!

Okay, I know Skyrim is a big game and the load times are bound to be a little longer than most other games. I'm playing it on Xbox 360 by the way. I'm seriously getting turned off from playing it at all though. I usually have to sit in the loading screen for about 25 seconds before it finishes loading a new area. Is this normal? It's kind of upsetting because this is my favorite game and I don't remember it being this slow before... Any tips or advice would be great. Can I fix it?

Basically, I played Battlefield 1942 as a kid, and I absolutely loved it. More recently I have been really into games like the Call Of Duty series and Halo 4. I just kind of feel like there is something missing though. Sure, it's fun when you get lucky and can run out, rush and kill a bunch of people, but I miss that old feeling of strategizing and seeing your strategy working or failing. I also miss being able to drive realistic vehicles. I already have Battlefield 3 for xbox, but I have not played it much or taken the time to purchase add ons. If I download the battlefield premium thing from xbox live, will it solve all my online problems and what not? And if I purchase the premium add on, will this be the cure for my itch? Or is it just not worth it at this point? Any advice/help/tips would be great! Thanks!

Today is my 5th day without cigarettes or any other form of nicotine. I quit cold turkey. I was used to having 2-3 cigarettes a day. I did it mostly to deal with stress and stuff like that. I'm set on not going back to smoking now. I just want to know when these anxious/craving feelings will subside. I have an anxiety disorder and it does not go well with it. I just heard on the news about North Korea talking about launching nuclear tests targeting the US? What does that even mean? Also, if they actually attacked the US with nukes, would we be protected from them? Is this just more BS or is Armageddon starting?

Today is my fifth day taking Prozac. I'm taking 20 mg per day for my anxiety/panic disorder. My anxiety has made it difficult just to get through every day without panicking and making things hard on the people around me. I'm hoping this med helps me open up and be more of myself without worrying about other things. So far I feel like my moods are a little lighter throughout the day, and that is a very big plus for me. The problem is after researching the med, I've found one extra thing to worry about. Loss in libido and sexual dysfunction. I've been sexually active for approximately a year now. Obviously as an 18 year old male, I'm scared of losing my ability/interest in sex. I guess I just want to know what the risk of these side effects is and how early they usually show up. Also, if the side effects DID show up and I immediately reported it to my doctor and stopped the medication, would they go away? Thank you in advance for your answers and for understanding.

I suffer from a lot of anxiety and have frequent panic attacks. It also sparks depression in me, and I obsessively think about bothersome situations from the past and it causes me to explode on my loved ones and get angry at them for things that aren't technically an issue anymore. My doctor prescribed prozac, and I'm a little nervous. My girlfriend of two years and I are very sexually active, and I'm a little scared of losing my libido and not being able to please her anymore. At the same time, my anxiety issues have obviously not made everything easy in our relationship. I'm not expecting hard medical facts here, but I was wondering if anyone has had success with Prozac in a situation like mine? And do you think it's worth a shot for me to try it to improve my quality of life? Any tips/advice would be great. Thanks!

I'm wondering if I can expect it to be here later today, or if it could be here tomorrow? So I was on an old couch the other day and this metal prong, like a staple or something was sticking out of it, and I put my hand on the couch to get up and the metal prong went into the pad of my index finger. It went in pretty deep but I didn't think much of it because it didn't bleed, but now the tip of my index finger is numb and tingly... Should I be worried? Will it get better or could I possibly have some nerve damage? Any info would be great! Thanks!
