I received my annual performance review today. The final portion of the review involved opportunities - this would be where my manager and/or my peers and co-workers would state areas of improvement. My manager stated he did not receive any areas of needed improvement from his 360 review from my peers and he could think of none. I should just keep doing what I am doing.

This has been a huge frustration of mine. I want and need to know how to be a better asset for my position, my department and my company, how to improve, what is going to take me to the next step. And yet again, no answer. The manager who presented the review has recently moved to another position and my new manager was in the meeting when the review was presented. I have voiced this same frustration to my new manager.

Should I address this on my review, as I have the opportunity to address any concerns? Or leave it as is and start anew with my new manager?

We are having a potluck at work and I want to ensure my dishes are vegan-friendly. I know the obvious as to what I should not have in my dishes - no meat or meat products. And also no eggs, butter, milk. Could you help me with any other items that I would take for granted that may not fit in the vegan family of foods?

I drink green tea every day; sometimes I am crunched for time. Does green tea lose any of its benefits if you brew a 1/2 gallon or so, stick in the fridge and reheat when needed?

Telling a girl/woman/lady how you feel?

Looking for something that melts well. This would be for pizza, tacos or to put on top of spaghetti / other sauces. Low fat content is a must. A good substitute would be acceptable too. This is for my 10 y.o.

I received an alert on my credit report this morning that states a debt collection agency pulled my credit report. (I should state, I assume they are a debt collection agency based on the research I performed.) I have never received any information from this company stating I owe on an unpaid bill and have not requested an extension of credit from any companies that would accompany this request for my credit report.

Do I have any rights regarding this situation? I am not aware of any outstanding bills, although that possibility may exist.
