I took a promotion at work about 8 months ago. The girl I replaced got fired by the previous manager. I worked with the current manager and he is who gave me my promotion. When he tranfered to the new facility I came with him. This ruffled the feathers of both the staff at our new location and his prior assistant that felt that she deserved to move with him to the new facilty. Soon after we moved rumors began to circulate through many if not all of the facilities ran by the company that him and I were having an affair. Although HR was awair of these rumors for months the issue went unaddressed. Finally the my bosses supervisor came and asked my boss if the rumors were true, he said no and I thought the issue was over.

Recently many of the staff have not been making their numbers or meeting the standards of the boss I work for. My boss has asked them to step it up or there jobs will be on the line. In retaliation the 3 that were given an altimatum and one other went to the head of the company and stated that my relationship with my boss makes them uncomfortable. In response, my hours have been changed and other restrictions have been put on me that other staff are not required to follow. I am an assistant therefor I do have a good work relationship with my boss, and our families have gotten together outside of work, but there has never been anything between us in the context of an affair. I have been a loyal employee and have had my bosses back through all of this, but now I feel like the company is trying to solve this by punishing me. I fear that my job preformance will suffer because of these new restrictions and just the overall feeling that none of the staff has been held accountable.

my son keeps getting a cold sore in the same exact spot on his lip it is huge and gross cold sore what can i do

on the inside of my mouth where my teath touch my lips it looks like I have bruise and red its tingly but not raised so no it is not a canker sore. Does anyone know what may have caused it. I have not done or eaten anything out of the ordinary.

Pit bull attacking ajoining fence...?

now am am not a pitbull hater or a dog hater. I have one large dog of my own and a small dog...we have a neighbor that has a male pitbull that is not properly trained and whenever we go outside to let our dog out or if we are ever in our back yard the dog attacks the fence. not a hi how are you attack. but i want to eat you for dinner! we have no breed bands in the city of wichita of so i was wandering if anyone has any ideas on how to address this problem. I am afraid for my kids and my dogs and now we cannot use our backyard. It is out ALL the time and is constantly barking. Our fence is an old wood fence and has fallen down twice! we refuse to put it back up because then they have to keep there dog in the house! Is there barking laws...agressive dog laws? or do i have to wait till someone gets hurt before anything can be done?

I want to move my waher/dryer down to the basement...but there are no electrical or venting wired up to meet the needs...if I moved it to a location next to the water supply water heater sump pump area how difficult or costly would it be and who do i hire? an electrician a plumber?

here are the symptoms. EXTREAMLY lathargic as in laying around barely holding her head up and sleeping all day. and when not sleeping crying. Cauphing all the time and green goobys out of the eyes. this morning when we changed her diaper she was dry. Fever of 100+ we went in and she kinda sorda looked her over and then she gave her an anti-biotic because "her ears lokk a little red" and may be an ear infection. I left frustrated and felt rushed out. since she has been home (the appointment was at 11:00) she has slept all day. this is my third child so i am no spring chicken. I have done this before and I can't help but to think she is REALY sick

purchased a carseat six months ago for my daughter. It is no longer working properly and is a safety issue. The problems are not because of ware but defective parts that did not present themselves untill about 4 months of use. The company is being a pain. I was wandering if anybody had any ideas on having them refund or replace the product

I have a baby trend infant carrier/ car seat. The handle gets stuck in the up possition. and now that my daughter is 6 months old and we need to adjust the straps they will not loosen and she crys when we put her in because it is tight. FIrst question does anyone have this car seat and have the same problems and also does anyone know or think I should be able to get a replacement from the company?

I want to get a special something for my daughter that will be eight months by christmas. Since she is our third child we have TONS of baby toys so I would like to stay away from that unless it was overly unique. ANy ideas?

can you do NFP if you are nursing and do not have a "cycle" per say. Or do you have to wiat to have a period.
