I just recently got an xbox slim. I want to use my xbox live account from my old xbox arcade. In my old xbox I have all my maps and season pass and stuff. If I sign into my account on my new xbox will I have to download all my stuff again on the new xbox slim or will automatically be there?

I find deception a very interesting subject and would like to learn more about it. Learning how to deceive and not to be tricked is a very important skill to learn in my opinion. I already know about the art of deception by Kevin D. Mitnick. Are there any other you recommend?

So me and my brother both have our own profile in the same xbox. He got one of those prepaid cards for microsoft points. If he downloads nuketown zombies on his profile will it be on mine as well? What about the Revolution DLC? If not is there a way I can get it from his to mine?

So I recently bought a 6 month supply of contacts and I was wondering if I could wear each pair longer. One box is one month. I wanted to wear each box at MAX for 2 months. This means it would actually be a years supply. Can I do this? Will the last box be fresh until I open it?

Monday thru saturday I do

200 sit ups/crunches

200 push ups

200 shrugs with 20 lb dumbbells

200 chair dips

200 pike press

100 neck bridges

And 15 minutes of bag work

This usually takes me 2 hours. How much time should it take me?

If this is a good workout is it for any regular person or beginner athlete or what?

If your not gonna bother answering with anything helpful then just leave. I'm a 15 year old boy weighting at 133 pounds. I'm also 5'2. Since it's summer I'm trying to lose fat because I wanna look good and get ready for high school football. Anyway, for breakfast I eat two hard boiled eggwhites and make a sandwich. So it's just egg whites with two pieces of wheat bread. I then have either a banana, apple, or orange as a snack. For lunch I have cup of vegetables with one fish. I wait an hour or two and then do p90x. And yes I do follow the schedule. After my workout I have my protein shake. If I get hungry after that then I'll have another fruit. Thats basically it. I also get 9-11 hours of sleep. So will this help me lose fat weight?

I already have the connection setup but when I try to do it it asks me for my windows live id password. I don't know what that is. Any help?

Do basically which protein powder is worth the money? I've had muscle milk and it was okay but many have said its not a good powder. So which is the best in terms of effectiveness? Flavor isn't a really big factor but I don't wanna buy one I have to just swallow either.

I have the whole summer to even out my tan. My arms, face, and neck are already tanned. I don't wanna go to tanning salons and all that or lotions. So how can I tan the skin my shirt covers up?

Summers almost here so I'll have enough time to workout. Im 15 by the way. Many people say to wake up early and go for a jog. But I'm tired of waking up early. Would it be okay to have a good long 9-10 hour sleep and then go for a jog? Whats the difference? I wanna lose most of my fat. Which should I get. The white with black strpes adidas or the all white AF 1's?

I like the all white air force 1 because they look fly and must of my clothes are black and will match. The only problem is they crease easily but I'm planning on getting the sneaker shields.

The adidas superstar don't look better in my opinion but are still cool. I like the shell toe so don't have to worry about toe creases. I like the white with black stripes.
