Ben Edwards

I have a 3 and a half year old German Shepard mix. Within the past few months he has began to constantly itch. He would also lose a lot of hair in his groin area and on his paws. Within the last couple weeks, every time he itches clumps of hair come out. I realize that he is shedding but I know it's not that bad. I will be taking him to the vet in a couple of days, but I would still like to know what it is before hand. Thanks a lot.
