i am pursing a career in Nurse anesthesia but i need to have one year in critical care or acute care nursing experience i am currently in my last semester and getting ready for the license exam i want to know if it is possible to get a job working the ER or surgical unit of a hospital right out of school or or is there experience required to be an ER nurse?

i am planning to buy a house in maryland. i am taking advantage of the buyer's market but i want to know how long after the banks accept my offer can closing be done?

ok so i started seeing this guy like 3months ago we've known each other since high school though . lost contact and reconnected. things have been going really well except for the fact that we don't go out. at all . i mean never but we really close though , we have even said those scary words "i love u" anyway so its Christmas and this year i opted to not go to my family and friends and he did the same only his brother kept calling and now he decided he will take his cousin with him to see his brother. ok so they were going to go by train right ... then he asked me to come along, now mind u i haven't met any member of his family and its a big deal to me except he doesn't drive and i do and he said we should drive up together its like a four hour drive and part of me wants to jump at the opportunity to take our relationship to the next level yet another part wants him to ask me because he wants to not because he needs a ride and doesn't want to take the train. please help me decide soon.

ok so there is this guy i have known for ten years who just came back into my life , he is expressing a lot of interest in me even though i didn't ever think we were a match.anyway i am liking him gradually as well. but i am trying not to make the smae mistake i have in the passt, where i jump into bed with him and that starts the begining of the end of the relationship. but last night we found out we both havent had sex in years 3years to be exact, his schedule is too crazy for him to date and me i am just too picky about who i let in my draws. so out of being horny he talked me into having phone sex. have i messed up my plan to date first then move on from there or is there a way to salvage it.if so then how do i do it.? please help

ok so i have been separated from my ex-husband for 3 years now. not legally divorced yet but as i tell him its all just paper work left at this time, anyway, he hasn't worked in three years because he got really sick, he however never missed a payment on his car. well we have a 2year old together and i have supported my daughter all her life , he spends time with her but financially i have bear ed 95% of the burden. i am really sick of his antics because even though he is scared of child support he keeps daring me to take him there if i want. i find myself now not wanting him to talk to our daughter when she is with me , i don't believe he deserves that courtesy. i don't keep her away from him though he is with her every other weekend and one day a week. but i don't want him to talk to her when she is with me, do u think i am wrong and how do i get him to take care of his business .? and am i wrong for not wanting him to talk to her when she is at my house?

so i have now been single for a while and it is actually starting to mess with my self confidence and i really dont like that so i have decided to try internet dating , do u guys know what good websites i can find people on and what are the things i should look out for? thanks for your help in advance

ok so i have been single now for a few months and i dont really like the feeling.i want to be with some one or at least casually date , but i dont really go out to bars or parties. what do you suggest i do to meet guys (good guys)

i dated him for approximately 3 weeks. first two weeks were perfection, like a teenage love afair, on the phone forever, making out going out to eat . fantastic. the last week was full of unnecessary fights. one statement will set him off and last night, he went on and on and on about one thing that i said then i got tired and told him to take a hike. well he did and this morning i cant stop starring at my phone waiting for him to call. i dont get it why am i wanting him to call, he is obviously not for me because he said that what i said made him feel miserable so he wants me to be miserable too. who says that to someone they supposedly care about. oh and by the way i apologized profusely for what i said yet he wont let it go. why do i feel soo miserable then why????

ok, before the judgements come , i know she didnt see that at my house. i dont know where it came from but everday when i finish giving her a bath i put her under the covers so she doesnt get cold while i get her clothes but i noticed when i get back she is playing with her nipples , i warned her against it, but she didnt stop, dont really know what to do. please help.

so after i read all your comments about my issues with this guy at my church, i sat contemplting what to do, and i didnt have to for long, this morining after i dropped off my kid at school i and got back home, as i was pulling into my drive way he was coming out of his house and he went around my car opened my door and held my hand and helped me out of the car, then he gave me a kiss on the cheek and a hug, we talked about the weather and he left for work. he smiled at me the whole entire time, so i definately think he likes me i am going for it , gonna ask him out what do you all think, do you all think the same or am i dreaming.

So i am crushing on this guy who i attend church with, and i get the feeling he is into me tooo but , i dont really know how to approach the issue, i get mixed signals from him and i am not sure but almost positive that he is celebate. Now, i tried the celebate thing for a while 7months to be exact and it was ok but i dont think i want to do that again , even though i think he is totally worth it , ( you know to go back to being celebate), i have done some heavy flirting and i am certain he has noticed it, and i think he wants me to just ask him, coz everytime i tell him i have something to ask him his face lights up and he insists i just go ahead and ask, then i chicken out and make up some stupid question instead. i really want this guy but not just as a main squeeze i actually want more with this person, like a hopefully forever type of situation. this weekend we have plans to go to out to eat together with two others but as usual he is avoiding being with me alone . what do i do???

hi, its me again i neglected to mention that he has shown in my opinion very subtle hints that he is interested, for instance one day out of the blue he just showed up at my door step with presents for my toddler , and we have been to lunch together before , it was waay too casual for my liking . do you all still think i am cookoo? am i reading way too much into in or is there potential . again still obsessing !!!!

Soo there is this guy that i have had a crush on for about two years now and i cant seem to get him off my mind. now i have made several attempts at flirting and none seem to work. he lives really close and we are generally in the same social settings. i havent told him yet that i like him and i am not looking forward to telling him how i feel about him. i lounge around in my car attimes to get a chanceto see him and talk to him. scary huh? i know, we talk but about general stuff. i really dont know how to just accept that this person may very well not be interested in me. cant avoid him coz we go to the same church . someone help please Therapy is too darn expensive.!!!!
