I have no more larger stamps but have a lot of 2 cent stamps will they mail a letter with 21 2 cent stamps?

He got kicked out of the Coast Guard.(for weight gain) and has quit several jobs(my sis makes the money) They tried to get pregnant for around a year and now my sis is four months pregnant. A week ago he started acting strange. He claimed a coworker and boss were trying to kill him. Now he claims he knows my sis has hired secret agents to kill him. He even believed his father was working for her. After a semiviolent reaction and other scary comments (such as he knew there were lasers in the fan to kill him) his father took him to the psych ward of a local hospital and he has been committed for the next 72 hours. His mother is Schizophrenic, now we know he is two. My sis has filed divorce papers and an order of protection. When she told me everything this morning i didn't know how to react. I made sure she was ok. After talking to her i wanted to cry but couldn't. I don't really feel anything(at all)but occasional nausea. I'm confused and cant figure out how i feel. Help

I was told that all tattoo's slightly peel. I have kept mine clean and moisturized. The simple lines of my tattoo now seem uneven, also it hasn't peeled. I got tattooed about 6 days ago is this normal?

I have had my nose pierced for about a year now and i put in a nose bone a few months ago. I need to take the nose bone out and can't seem to get it out without a lot of pain. I was wondering if anyone could help me with tips on how to get it out less painfully or any other types of tips. Please help!!!
