  • How to treat migraines?

    I am 23 years old, non-smoker, non-drinker. For about 2 years now I have gotten horrid migraines that absolutely level me. I get them on average once or twice a month. I have been prescribed Imitrex, Treximet, and Tramadol. None of which help worth a damn. I have had a CT scan done, which showed no abnormalities. These migraines tend to be so severe I can't eat for a days, and vomit anything I do manage to get down. I can't live the rest of my life like this, are there any treatments out there that have worked for anyone that DOESN'T cost an arm and a leg? SOMEBODY HELP!!!

  • Why do people with no knowledge of the question asked, feel they have to answer?

    Here is an example:

    Someone asked if having two different tire sizes on your vehicles axle is illegal...everyone thinks they know everything about law and mechanics, not only did they give the wrong answer about legalities, but say it will damage the car!

    They obviously have no idea what they are talking about, so why do they bother answering the question?
