I know to buy one at the store you need the data plan, but if I already have an existing cell service, so If I buy a smart phone, off e-bay lets say, to activate it with my existing number, do I still need a data plan?

I'm looking for a program or a website that lets you input body measurements and will give you a 3d model of a person that fits those measurements.
4 AnswersDrawing & Illustration1 decade agoHow to lighten very dark hair?
I have naturally black hair. almost two years ago I had it profesionally lightened, highlighted and layered. I basically let the coloring grow out, so I have my natural color on top with the lightened color on the bottom - I know, terrible. a few months ago I was going to do something different with my hair, but I didn't want to take the old color out because it would leave my hair too short, and it doesn't look too bad, anyway. I just put in highlights. I'm tired of having so many colors in my hair, and I want a lighter, solid color. I picked a burgandy color and dyed my hair last night. It doesn't look very good at all. The naturally black hair doesn'tn look different at all, the highlights are burgandy, at the bottom the dyed hair is like a plum brown with the highlights a little reddish. I want to have my hair looking good for the school year but I don't have the money to spend at a salon. I'm thinking I should lighten all of my hair and then color it again. I'm wondering if I should just use peroxide or bleach, and then color it. I just colored it last night though, although I used an amonia free dye that claims to nourish the hair rather then destroy it. Any ideas?
1 AnswerHair1 decade agoHow to help stray cat with newborn kittens?
At my uncle's house today (during a storm of course) a stray cat had kittens in their garage, it was in a corner behind a stack of old doors, in the MUD and one kitten looked dead, the cat was sweet so I took the kitten, warmed it up, ( i have experience with puppies) helped it potty, cleaned it up, and when it was nice and strong I put it back with its mom for some colostrum. The mom accepted the kitten, and I moved the doors, laid down towels and cardboard, and proped the doors in a circle around her so she would feel safe, but she won't leave that corner, and I'm afraid the umbilical cords will get infected. I tried moving her from that corner, but she won't budge. I left her with water, tuna, puppy milk, and chocolate milk ensure for plenty of nutrition.

What are the laws in the US regarding minor confidentiality between health professionals, and parent guardians?
For Example, if a minor in the US confides in their doctor about a certain problem that requires a prescription - and possibly a diagnosis, do the parents have to become involved?
Is it possible for the situation to be kept confidential until and if a diagnosis is reached?
1 AnswerLaw & Ethics1 decade agoMale dog biting penis frequently?
I have a 12-month old male miniature poodle. Lately, he has been walking, and suddenly sitting, and with a little coaxing walks to where he needs to be, then immediately sits. Example of this, after taking a shower, I'm heading to my bedroom which is right across the hallway, and he follows, stops right in front of the door, behind a wall. I think he is having an accident, go to see, and he is just sitting. I call him, he comes, Goes in my room, and sits. I call him to the bed, he jumps on the bed, and sits. He doesn't do this all the time, but quite often for the past three days. Also, I noticed he is biting at his penis frequentley, and I've checked him out a few times, and 2/3 times his penis is red at the tip.
I first started noticing this three days ago when I gave him a facial haircut, and decided to tidy up his genitals to keep the pee from getting in the hair, and I noticed something strange about his penis, but couldn't quite put my finger on it, and now this. Details..
