    I eat well, i get all my macros in and all body parts are left to recover about a week

    iv split my week into 6 different workouts, which go like this:

    mondays-posterior chain (legs,lower back)

    tuesday- push muscles (chest,shoulders,triceps)

    wednesday - off

    thursday - cardio

    friday- core (abs,obliques)

    saturday- pull muscles ( biceps,chest,shoulders)

    sunday- metabolic conditioning ( explosive power and technique)

    okay so here are the workouts:

    i alternate between two workouts which i do 6 times a week

    Workout 1

    cardio - 100 cals

    lateral raises-10 reps

    front raises - 10 reps

    dumb bell bicep curls - 10 reps

    barbell bicep curls - reps

    overhead tricep extension - 10

    shrugs- 10 reps

    bench press 10 reps

    press ups for 1 minute

    chest flies - 10 reps

    then i use the machines

    low row - 10 reps

    chest press machine - 10 reps

    vertical traction - 10 reps

    shoulder press machine - 10 reps

    then workout 2

    cross trainer - 200 cals

    row machine - 100 cals

    cycle - 100 cals

    jog 200 cals

    plank 3 minutes

    i eat lots of healthy proteins and whole grain carbohydrates, while having lots of water

    what do you think, iv been doing it for 2 weeks and i have seen a slight weight loss (which i desperately need and a little stenght gain

    DAY 1

    30 mins of hitting a tire with a sledgehammer - MORNING

    30 mins of heavy bag training - EVENING

    walk about 3 miles

    DAY 2

    barbell curl x 8 x5

    tricep extnsion 10 x 5

    press up 20 x 5

    weighted uppercuts 20 x 5

    weighted jabs 20 x 5

    weighted hooks 20x5

    dumbell curls 50x5 (low weight high rep)

    plank 1 min x 5

    MORNING

    and run 4 miles in the evening

    so what do you think of it?

    i want to either box or mma, but want to get in good shape before i do, i have a barbell and a heavy bag, this is my workout :)

    due to a slating on a previous question, please can you improve or make suggestions to this workout

    (i cant do pull ups yet btw)

    and i want to get fit and strong BEFORE i go to boxing classes

    5x 4 minute rounds of heavy bag work with 1 minute rest in between the rounds

    20 7lb weighted jabs

    20 7lb weighted uppercuts

    10 standing tricep extensions

    hey im 5'7 male 159 pounds, i can only do this workout at home, where i have a heavy bag, some dumbells, a barbell that goes up to 70lb

    i think i suffer from depression, and lack of self confidence

    thing is, i am way too confident,, i mean im the popular kid at school, at parties im surrounded by girls etc

    i have a massive crush at the moment who i have been out twice with, and not had the confidence to kiss her

    oh and btw, for all this, i have never kissed a girl, how strange is that, the popular kid with self belief problems,i even once tried commiting suicide
