Miss my old job ?
I left my old job last august but I really miss it so much. Now I’ve left there is definitely no way I can go back but I can’t stop wishing that I hadn’t left in the first place. The culture in the old workplace was so bad, an alcoholic culture, bullying and many people left. My good colleagues left but then management got cleared out. The reasons I left were because I felt badly bullied and wanted a fresh start. I got offered many jobs and took on what I considered at the time the best offer. But dam I miss my old job. I know I can’t go back because I saw the alcoholic bullying version of the job and that was hell. But now I wish I’d just stayed put. I can5 get it out of my head and it’s torturing me. Has anyone else experienced this.

Getting frustrated in my relationship, we have two kids but OH just constantly moans about our kids if they leave mess and always wants to go away without kids. He also wants his dad to stay with us a lot, for weeks at a time. His dad doesn't drive and ends up coming to kids football, classes, shopping, everywhere. I guess I just like my own space with the kids and mess and he wants his dad here in a spotless house. I don't think that's healthy but he thinks I'm the bad one. Is this the end?
3 AnswersFamily2 months agoWithdrawing my resignation ?
I resigned from my job. I got offered another more secure job same pay but much harder. Now my current job feels much more secure and the past week I have been happier, got to give 4 weeks notice. Still got 3 weeks to go.
Could I withdraw my resignation? I love the job but it’s the colleagues that are tricky. I have worked in this job for 6 years and I do enjoy it, just it didn’t feel very secure as we were over staffed. Maybe a change is good but it’s going to be a lot lot more work for the same pay.
Advice please, thanks so much

My son got dropped from his team despite other parents telling me he is one of the best players.
He is just to quiet and polite. But instead of supporting him I just called him a looser and he should have done more.
Like stand up for himself. And he isn’t the best looking kid either.

Hi there I have aspergers and at last full time employment!! I'm soo grateful to have a full time job but also it is difficult at coffee breaks and lunch times.. I try to smile and be friendly but I feel quite bullied, yes as always.. Someone commented about me when I was holding a primark coffee cup oh their coffee cup would say see yah wouldn't want to be ya, people move seats away as they don't want to sit with me and I get lumped with extra work as I am unpopular and while others get help from thd team I don't. At the christmas lunch there was a seating plan but people rearranged the seats and my seat was totally on its own!! It's not in my head it's really happening. I now have a quiet coffee by myself and chill on my phone looking at the net and a lunch I go on a quiet walk. Thank you if you have read this far and please comment to me how I can improve my dire social situation at work.
