  • Returning my leased car with Mazda chase finance or trade in?

So, I currently have a Mazda 3 lease. I will have to return the car in about 3 months.

I am not sure if I should return the car to Mazda (it has no major damage, just normal wear & tear / small stains). I know I should get it inspected so I avoid paying other charges besides the disposition fee. I’ve spoken to someone from the leasing company and it just seems strange.. they said hey will auction off the car and then in 30-90 days tell me what else I owe on the car? I’ve read that some people had to pay the difference of the vehicle if Mazda couldn’t get any equity on the car at the auction?

I want to get a new car now (not another Mazda) and return the car a few months early. I’m afraid I may get charged an early term fee.

I’ve thought about trading the car into whatever dealership I decide to buy my new car from, but I’ve looked into it and I may have some negative equity rolled over.

    So my actual questions are...

Should I trade in the car to another dealership and take the loss on the negative equity? It may only be about 1-2 grand.

Or should I buy the new car now and keep the Mazda until the lease is all the way up?

I am very curious... since this was my first and probably last lease ever.

What should I do? What have you done?

  • Does working in downtown pay better than working in the suburbs?

I have an interview in downtown Houston and i live in the suburbs. I've been trying to get an opinion from everyone. Do they pay you more for working far from your home and sitting in traffic? Some people I've talked to have told me yes and others aren't sure. I know in the Galleria aera (uptown) they pay more, but I'm not sure if downtown would be the same. I would be working for a prestigious dental office.

  • Nora Be birth control, what if i missed it for a week?

So, i take nora be birth control, the low estrogen birth control. I have been taking it for about 10 months now, since my daughter was born. This month i missed about a week of it because i accidentally misplaced my new package. I have only been taking it for about 2 and a half weeks now since that one missed week. My husband and i recently had sex while on my period and he came in me. Do you think the Nora would still be in effect?

  • Septum piercing on senstive skin?

So I really want a septum piercing. And I apparently have sensitive skin. I don't know if I should get one because I'm afraid it may get infected and I don't want my nose getting ****** up and then having to get surgery. do you think surgical stainless steel would be fine? or what metal would be done to use for sensitive skin? I've had my naval pierced before, but took it out because I over cleaned it and it got ripped out (lol) not infected. And I have my ears pierced. 4 holes. soo yeah, please let me know.

And don't tell me I shouldn't get my septum pierced. It's my body not yours and I really don't want to hear it.

  • why do people think that pentecostal people are crazy?

    i am pentecostal.

but i don't see why people wouldn't like to attend a pentecostal church.

why does everyone think pentecostals are just full of it?

people think we are crazy because we

sing, dance, yell, run around, praise the lord,

    and get the holy ghost.

that's ridiculous, when we speak in

tongues and cry its because we are thankful

for everything God has done for us.

and some people think that we don't believe in

    God, um, excuse me!

    we do,

God is jesus and he is the holy ghost!

i just want to know why people have such preposterous

    opinions?
