I want to get a small feather tattoo on the side of my hand, but after college I plan on joining the army. Can someone tell me their tattoo policy?

I have a black mini refrigerator that I'm taking to college. I see all these people on the internet that paint there fridge a different color, but most of them start out as white fridges. I just got a pantech matrix and I was taking pictures with the phone but I can't find out how to zoom in while taking a picture. I can zoom in when I take a video, but not a picture. Is this common or is there something wrong with my phone?

I was wondering what my rank would be in I become an officer and join the air force. would I still just be and 0-1 or would I be higher? Also what is the same for a doctorate degree? And do I have to go to a school with an ROTC program to become an officer?
