  • Business names ideas?

Any ideas for a cute, catchy business name?

I am opening an online web page and catalog mailing gift shop. It is really important to me to reflect within the name the idea that this business is family oriented. (I have 12 kids and they are why I am doing this) I would also like to incorporate my last name somehow. It is Hart. Also, if I can, somehow reflect that this gift shop has a wide variety of items. Over 5000.

I would like to keep it kind of short, as well as easy to spell.

Thank you in advance for any ideas.

  • Can you feel the baby move at 9 weeks pregnant?

This is my seventh pregnancy, and I swear I can feel the little butterfly flutters like you normally can feel further along. Has this happened to anyone?

  • Is it right to check out your teens phone?

If your child has been a pretty good kid, and until recently has done nothing wrong, do you think its ok to check their cell phone? Lately she has skipped school and started being sexually active. Is this a normal parents reaction to check up on everything?

  • Where can I get a grant or financial help?

To make a very long story as short as possible... My husband inherited his fathers home when his father died in jan of 2006. We deeded our home back to the mortage company, and moved in with his mother. She was left with no income, and no savings. (She is elderly and disabled and has a 2 yr old autistic grandson living here also) So we are now a family of 10, living on my husbands 12 dollars an hour. We live in a very small town in Texas. Grants for fixing up your house are generally for people over age 62. Our house is falling down around our ears. It is very old. We have mold in here from the roof leaking. I am worried about my children's health. Does anyone know where we can turn to for help? My husband and I are both 36yrs old. I can not work because we have only one vehicle, and we live in the country. Any ideas? Oh yeah, we also have TERRIBLE credit now. We can not move beacuse every cent goes to bills and there is nothing left to move on.

  • Do I qualfy for adoption by estoppel? What are my rights?

I have raised my 5 yr old nephew since birth. His mother had him for 1 year between the time he was 1 & 2. Before his 5th birthday, CPS took him away. Both of his parents are in prison. They use "reason to believe" because 2 yrs proir to this, my brother in law was texting my 14 yr old daughter pornographic text messages from another state. When my husband and I found out, we pressed charges on him. CPS said I had failed to protect my daughter from his messages and therefore, I have a "reason to believe" on my record.

My nephew (my son as I always called him) has severe mental problems due to serious abuse from his mother. He is in a mental institution. He has been there since Halloween of 07. I have only been permitted to talk with him over the phone. CPS says I can never have him back because of what my brother in law did. That I may not protect him. Yet they saw fit to leave his 2 & 4 yr old brothers with me (one is autistic) as well as my 5 daughters. We live in Tx
