I was twenty when I fell in love with my current boyfriend. We were so compatible and in love, and for three years we're still together. The only problem in our relationship is that his job requires him to be on duty aboard a passenger ship, most of the time. As a naval officer, he was always busy and we had little time to spend together. But when we are together,we love to do activities together, sex has been great, he makes me laugh, and I'm passionately in-love with him.

We were planning our lives together, the babies were going to have, our plans to be financially secure when we decide to marry in 3 years. In fact, we are perfect together, except that I tend to nag him about the small amount of time we have to spend together. There were several times that we decided to have a cool-off to give space to each other and the most recent argument happened on March of this year.

I just found out that when we were not together, he met a woman, one night, and he unintentionally got her pregnant. He did it because he and I were not on good terms for about a month, but we never really had a formal and final break-up. In fact, May of this year, we settled our differences, he was so loving and he wants to make our relationship work.

Yesterday, he confessed to me that the woman told him she was two months pregnant. He told me, I was the one he loved but he couldn't choose me because he is going to have a child with this woman. It broke my heart, he is my first and only love and he knows it's impossible for me to love another man after what happened.

He told me, he is starting to care for the woman and he doesn't want his unborn child to grow up without a father. Despite the grief I confronted him and told him to be a good father and a husband to the woman he chose to wed and have a baby with. He asked for forgiveness, and wished I could find a man who'll love me. It's easier said than done though because despite the strong facade and even if I knew I made the right decision staying away and letting him go...

I don't know how to start and mend the broken pieces of my heart...

How do I get over him, when he is the only man I ever loved, and I know he is a good man who made a mistake?

I shared this story because frankly, I'm about to go insane with sadness... come to think of it, It's Fathers Day....

Arch-nemesis can be a someone or a something. At some point my alarm clock has been my archnemesis, I have to beat that thing off every morning. Kidding aside, I think the lack of spirit or will even in maintaining some sort of self-discipline can be destructive. Well, that's just me, how about you?

The Psi or the unknown paranormal phenomena (extra-sensory perception, psychokinesis, telepathy, clairvoyance and precognition) - are being studied right now, under cognitive psychology or parapsychology.

In these occurences there is a very thin line between the natural and the super-natural. There are gradations of what is 'real' as perceived by an individual.

In fact there are "academic journals" (just do a yahoo search or try this sample link http://ejp.org.uk/) in the social sciences/psychology which focused studies about ESP claims for example.

How do feel about it spiritually speaking, are these hoaxes to confuse and befuddle understanding of what is actually observable even our faith or...

A new basis for affirmation of one's spirituality?

I don't know if this makes sense, but I'm skeptical about the real reported cases of individuals who have experienced the 'psi' - but equally curious.
