  • Resting heart rate is 111bpm?

I'm 15 and heard for my age it should be around 60-80bmp, which it is some of the time, but I've noticed it speeds up randomly throughout the day. I have fairly bad anxiety could this have anything to do with it?

I'm not unhealthy and I do try to keep fit

  • Can running trigger panic/anxiety attacks?

Today in our games lesson we had to run around the field, I barely got halfway before suddenly having a severe panic attack which lasted about 15 minutes.

Is it possible running around triggered this? If so why?

  • Blood in my ear what should I do?

I came out the shower a while ago and was just cleaning my ears (with a cotton bud, I heard this wasn't good for you so I limit the amount of times I clean my ears) and there's bright red spots of blood on the bud?

It's only the left ear and it doesn't hurt or anything.

  • What's wrong with me?

Ok so I keep getting scared for no particular reason at random times.

Such as this morning I was sat in a classroom with my friend and all morning I felt oddly off and worried and the half hour or so I was sat there was like hell. I started breathing super heavily, as I'd also been doing all morning and I couldn't really control it. I tried closing my eyes and trying to distract myself but as soon as I felt like I was calming down I'd open my eyes and it's start up again. My heart felt as though it was beating faster than usual and everything started scaring me. My friend was really scaring me and I'm unsure why she wasn't doing anything unusual but I was terrified of her. I was terrified to get anything out of my bag, etc. It came on in small little waves of fear but the whole time I felt anxious.

Anyone know what this could be? It's been happening for a few weeks now.

If it helps I've been strangely depressed and down the past couple years, not in a very good place.

  • Why do I yawn when I'm upset/crying?

I know it's common for some people to shed a few tears when they yawn, but I also seem to have the opposite effect. When I cry or am extremely upset (close to tears) I get a overwhelming urge to yawn and usually end up in a bit of a yawning fit. Why is this?

  • Why are people so judgmental?

For example if you ace english yet in maths class you fail, those around you will judge you on the low marks on your paper and probably tease you about nonstop until they either find the decency to move on, or something more excitable happens and they move onto that. Yet in reality there are things they are not good at that you excel in. Why do they see you as a failure if you are bad at something they are good at? And why do they always focus on and remember everything you are bad at rather than what you are good at?
