    Hey, im jenna. I suffer from suicidal depression, anxiety, bipolar depression, anorexia with bulimic tendencies, and i cut.. If i decided to reach out for help, what would i be getting myself into? I was diagnosed with all these things, and at the time i refused to get help, but 4 years later i finally think im ready... I just turned 16, and its sad to see most of my teenage years being consumed by all of this. What kind of treatment should i expect?

  • How much vegetables and fruits should i feed my Dawrf Hamster?

    Hi, after having hamsters when i was younger i finally decided to get another. I recently got a Russian Dawrf Hamster and was planning on feeding it fruits and vegetables in the morning and maybe some raw tofu at night. Ill leave its seeds and such in the cage throughout the day well im at school.

    My question is not what foods to feed him but how much? Ive found great lists of foods ranging from spinach to grapes, but nothing on how much to give the little guy. I dont want to over feed him, but i also dont want to under feed him. Is there any where to start? Like 1/8th cup vegetables and 1/8th cup fruit? Like something like that i could go by.. I heard half a teaspoon tofu, aka half a cube(im vegan so i have all this stuff at home already). But some measurements would be nice(: thanks a ton!

    What results can i expect to see from doing this. Ive always eaten this way, but ive just recently added the gym into my weekly routines. Thanks a ton(:

    • 200 crunches (20 extra to make up for sloppy ones)

    • 200 leglifts (100 per leg, plus 10 extra per leg to make up for sloppy ones)

    • 50 squats (5 extra to make up for sloppy ones)

    How much weight can i loose per week?

    Once i get my treadmil ill be running a minimum of 30 minutes per day on an incline and such.

    Im:

    Age: 15

    Height: 5'7"

    Weight: 125lbs

    I normally take 8mg hydromorphone to get high but my tolerance has gone up. If i double it and take 16mg would i feel high but still be okay?

  • Getting examined for my eatingdisorder, what to expect? ?

    On Monday August 13th I'm getting examined for my eating disorder to determine what kind of treatment I need. I am not underweight but I'm not over although my mind tells me I am. If it would help I'm 5'7.5" and 128lbs . Im only 14 years old and im getting treated for bulimia with anorexic tendinces. Pretty much I eat,

    throw up, take laxatives, any freak out and get major anxiety over eating, and going andwhere near 500 calories. Im alright with eating 500 or less calories but soon as i get there and eat anything else its a major binge purge cycle that will go on several times(3-12 a day if i binge once i binge 3 times at least..)

    I fast(dont eat for a long period of time). My longest is only 4 days because it seems that at that point i end up seeing one of my friends and we eat .. Although i may not show it, i get overwhelmed my groccerie stores, my waist and hip measurements determine my mood for the day.. and depending on how my clothes fit ill be a total ***** the entire day. No one knows but I guess you could say im suicidal? or maybe not, i once took 20+ painkillers with the idea of dying, but i threw them up after a major trip of gilt came to

    me.. But what i want to know is what to expect at this examination on monday and what kind of treatment youd guess i would have(in or out patient) . Thanks to all that help(:
