I've liked this boy for a little while now but I don't know how to talk to him. We are both in our school play as two of the principle characters so we see each other a lot. One of my best guy friends is a principle also so we usually hang out during rehearsal. I get frustrated because it seems like I am ignoring the guy I have a crush on or trying to make him jealous by hanging out with my guy friend, but I don't really know what to say to him, we come from totally different social groups. How do I talk to him without being awkward so we can start to be friends? He asked me a couple days ago if I didn't like him or something because I don't talk to him that much. I didn't really know how to respond without telling him that I liked him.

So I live in NC but during the summer I go to TX to visit my grandparents. There is an amusement park near where they live and they hire during the summer and I was going to apply to work there. I wanted to know if there is anything extra I need to do to accept the job besides getting my NC Workers permit. I'm not moving to TX or anything (obviously) just for the summer.

So next summer I am planning on working in Dallas while visiting my Grandma, I live in North Carolina and the minimum age to work there is 14. And the place I want to work in Texas starts at 14. Would I have to get a permit to work for Texas or would I have to get a permit for NC. What about both?

So i'm going to turn 14 in a couple of months and in my state that is the legal age to get a job. What are some places that offer jobs for 14 year olds in NC? Another question, is there like an online website that helps people my age get babysitting jobs?

I know this is pretty early to shop but I want to see what a good a general price is for a dress and to see what kind of dress I want to buy. Any websites that carry party junior dresses in a size 9 would be cool. Thanks in advance! :-)

Ok I know that my formal isn't until May but I want to start looking and so far I haven't found a lot of dresses that are my size (it is mostly Senior prom dresses) on my own. I am a plus-size 12 year old...i weigh about 124 and wear a size 16-18 in girls size. If any one can find anything i appreciate it!

My daughter is 11 years old and wants to go to this Pali Overnight Adventures camp and I said "if you can raise $2,000 by June 16, 2010, ill pay for the rest. Now, she really wants to go to this camp and the camp can really help her but the $5 she gets for allowance wont cover it and i cant afford the 2,995 dollar cost. Any Ideas?
