My stepbrother is trying to sue my father for my recently deceased stepmother's money. Can he force me to serve papers to my father if I live in a differnt state from either stepbrother or father? I really do not want anything to do with the suit.

My application was due on July 1 but school starts on Aug 23... Just curious how long it might take to get a reply, and if they sometimes just never let you know if they decide not to take you. I sent an e-mail a week ago to make sure they had received all materials on time but have not received a reply.

I have had a MaineCoon or mainecoon mix breed cat and she has never hissed, scratched or clawed anyone one since I have had her. She is about 3 years old now and I got her at 1 and a half years. She will grab and bite, or cry if she is upset or does not like something. I was curious of other folks with Maine Coon cats experienced something similar with their own cats.

I have already got a B.S. in Geology and I would really prefer not to have to get another bachelors degree since in my state none of the state school are allowing second bachelors students in right now. Which would help me get employed in the GIS Profession? Is there a better alternative which I do not know about? Is the online masters degree from USC in GIS worth while to get? WOuld it be better to get the certificate first then apply to grad school?

I have taken two GIS related classes before including a undergraduate introduction class and a graduate Level remote sensing class.

When I look the GRE a few years ago the geology subtest did not exist anymore. However, I have recently applied to a geology grad school and they are asking for the geology gre subtest score. Has a new subtest been made? How do I sign up for it?

Are there jobs for geologists who get GIS certification?

He said hes not attracted to anyone physically man or woman. when i asked what he meant by intellectually he said he liked talking with me and hearing what i had to say and was sad when i was sad or if he upset me an happy that i was happy..... I am thinking seriously about becoming a Earth Science teacher in California and was wondering what grade Level I would be teaching?

I have my BS in Geology and just need to take the CBEST and CSET and get my credential.

I have my BS in geology and after a year of working as a consultant I have realized that I would much rather be a geoscience teacher. I have a traditional geology degree and have never taken astronomy or meteorology or much biology. Is it worth it to go to school an extra year or so and pick up those classes before taking the CSET test? Should I just attempt the CSET test with out them? Will it make it easier to teach in different states if I one day move to have them? Are the geoscience jobs plentiful as people say?

We are not dateing yet but I think hes interested... Would bakeing him cookies and frosting them with his favorite color (blue) be a good idea for a valentines day present? Would it be comeing on to strong?

I am interested in this really really nice geeky guy, we will call him Ron, and I am positive he is interested in me but is very shy so we have been taking things quite slow. To put things in perspective, I am not sure hes ever dated anyone before and he is 25. Things seemed to be going well we go out to eat or eatch movies and talk alot. But this evening however the skinny pretty blond /blue eyed chick who was sleeping with my last ex before we broke up (one of the reason why we broke up) seems to be very interested in Ron now. He gave her a ride to a meeting of our social group and then entire evening she seemed to be glaring at me anytime I came near to Ron. If this much more experienced chick is into Ron is it likely that I, a not so skinny, brown eyed, brunette geek will still have a chance or should I give up hope now? Is it bad or normal that I feel a little jealous even though Ron and I are not officially dating?

I had a dream last night that this man whom I have just broken up with and I and a few other guys whom I havde not seen in ove 10 years were all in a car at a beach surrounded by woods. When it was time to go all of us except the man i broke up with were in the car and we were waiting for him. He was flying a kite and running toward us and then he fell down and dissipered behind a hill.. we waited a long time and he did not come. I got realy worried and called him and we searched for him and it got late, and dark. So we went to this hotel and told them and had others searching for him but noone ever found him. This dream had me frantic with worry over him... what do you think it means?

Would a single american woman sent to represent her company to do some sinceintific field work in Abu Dhabi be taken seriously by contractors from Abu Dhabi? Would she have to be with man at all times in public places? Whats appropreate clothing for woman to wear in UAE?

I applied to UC Davis on jan 15 and Rutgers and U Rhode Island on Feb 2. It is midmarch Shouldnt i have heard back from at least Davis already? Is it a bad sign if I have not heard from them yet?

I recently applied for a job and made it through the second interview. Unfortunatly the interviewer claimed that I had not sent him any references even though I had both e-mailed them to him and given him a paper copy in person. He then went to my college and e-mailed random proffesors and the one who replied to him was the one whom liked me the least. She told him I lacked confedence and beacuse of what she said the interview said i was not a go getter and so could not get the job. I want to know how to keep this from occuring again. I am a go getter even if the proff he e-mailed did not care to get to know me well enough to know that. I moved halfway across the country and paid my own way through college because I wanted a education and a job in my field.I also went out and got my own funded senior thesis project whith out t which none of the other students have done.The Proff is well known so it is easy to understand why he contacted her first of all the other proffs in my field

I read somewhere that terrier corsses were allowed but dose that mean it has to be 2 terriers or a terrier and a nonterrier? I would like to know because I think my rescued dog would be perfect for Earthdog.
