We took in a kitten that its mother has abandoned and it has fleas! I think the kitten is about 4-5 weeks old and all the stuff that I see in stores warns not to use for kittens under 12 weeks. I've also read online that some people recommend bathing the kitty in Dawn or Ivory dishwashing liquid. Is that safe for such a young kitten? Has anyone ever tried it before? Any advice? Thanks!

Whenever I have sat still for a long time, like at my computer or driving and then I move again, sometimes my chest hurts. It hurts more when I slowly put my arms together as if I'm hugging a huge beach ball. Then the pain goes away on its own. As far as I know, no one in our family has this so it's not something genetic. Help?

Hi, I'm currently using Proactiv but I was wondering if anyone knew any products I can use to replace the Toner and Repairing Lotion? It is the benzyl peroxide that really helps the type of acne I have but I don't want to rely on Proactiv forever if I can find other products to replace it.

I just started having symptoms of UTI yesterday (burning sensation when peeing, peeing to go frequently, strong odor and dark color). I'm in the middle of nowhere right now without a car and don't have any sources of medical attention or cranberry juice. Would it develop into something serious if I see a doctor as soon as I get out of here in a week? Also, drinking plain water makes my body feel bloated so I don't like it. Is it ok to drink tea as a source of fluids until I can see a doctor? And I think there MIGHT be just the slightest bit of blood in the urine or I'm mistaking it for the dark color.

i'm making a speech for one of my clubs (we mentor azn chldren) and i'm running for vice president. my friend suggested that i should use fried rice and make it into a big metaphor, which i think is an excellent idea. any ideas how? so far, i just have down that it brings together all azn cultures like maybe you get the ingredients from surrounding azn countries in china rather than get all of that from a single state in america. it needs to be some magnificent metaphor. thanks in advance for your help!

is it true what they say about you having to love yourself before loving others? i am really an insecure, pessimistic, low self-esteem person. in my first and only relationship, we broke up a bit after one month and i started to wonder what happens if you don't like yourself but you really love others? is that possible? oh and after a bit of talking, even my ex (who happened to be my best friend) told me to go to a psychiatrist.

i used to be able to sit all day long with a my nose in a book (yes, i didn't have much of a life) but now i can barely read a news article without my thoughts drifting to other stuff...not that i even became any more social than i was before.

i'm almost positive that i used to be type a. i would never allow myself to slack off and was constantly worried about things not getting done and not accomplishing goals. even on vacations, i was always worried about my work. now i took a few personality tests online and they all say that i'm equally type a and type b. is there any reason for this change? what made me change? i mean i know i've had quite a few stressful events happened this past yr. could that have changed my personality type?

In my waking life, in the time we went out, we never held hands or kissed (because it was a long-distance relationship so we only saw each other once). We both ended the relationship mutually and I know for sure that I don't like him more than just a friend although there was a period of time when I wanted to get back together with him. But he has never mentioned anything about our relationship since we broke up. I think he may have starting liking someone new recently but he didn't tell me. plz help?
