Do bill collectors only report your credit if you are failing to make payments as opposed to when you are on time?

So I am 22 and I have never had a bill, so I don t have credit. I want to go cautiously into building credit.

My question is:

Lets say that I have a bill that is $70 per month. My question is, will that bill earn me $70 worth of credit, and add up to the equivalent of the amount that I would have saved if I had put that same $70 into my savings each month?

A person lives in an apartment building next to public transit in an urban environment. This person is a nudist within their homes and have renounced any window coverage.

Sometimes it breaks my heart to be black. I live in Chicago, a segregated city. The ethnicities here are not forced to be separate but we just happen to have neighborhoods that have "typical" populous. This is understandable in China Town, or Mexico Town, but Chicago is a city of more than two neighborhoods.

I wish I could move around within the city without having to be concerned about how I might be received by the population of different neighborhoods. I wish that I would not stand out and be stared at by "other people."

I just want to live free of stereotyped demographics.
