And I mean that you personally are doing? I am a mother of 6 and my family just took a really bad turn where my husband has to go into to rehab next week, leaving us to to fend for ourselves. Right now I am going to school in the day time and I would really like to finish. I graduate in November. I want to work but right now I can't with school. I am over weight and I know it. Before I had my children(3) I was between 130-145. Now I am 25, 5'5 and about 210 pounds. I am not fat in just one area, it is spread out evenlly and I look smaller than 210 because it is not in one spot. What kind of exercises can I do to get back to my normal weight. My matabolism is very bad, I can barelly break a sweat even on the hottest days or when I am doing the most strenous activities. Please help with any advice. Also what are some good eating habits. Examples of meals for each time of the day greatly appreciated.
