right now
i run a 1/2-1 mile everyday
walk 1.5 miles a day
lift 25 lbs dumbbells in 3 sets of 15
and have a pretty good diet
i drink at least a liter of water a day
i weigh 196 and i am 6'0 and in my early 20s

drink at least 2 liters of water a day
lunch turkey and cheese sandwhich on wheat bread
dinner- something healthy
snack apple or peach
workout- walk 1.5-2.5 miles after dinner
than about 30 minutes later i run about a half mile to a mile with breaks cause i cant run a mile without stopping for 10-15 seconds but i keep walking after that i lift dumbbells than drink a lot of water
how am i doing am i gonna lose weight

just bought nose spray it worked for 2 minutes and now my nose is more stuffed up. my eyes are itching and red my nose is running all the time and stuffed up. i sneeze all the time..
