I noticed this question has been asked a couple of times in the past but the respondents (though altruistic!) didn't properly understand the question so though it says "resolved", the only info answered was where to get the application in the US, which was not the question. Cdn passport photo specs are VERY specific & strict regarding min. 31 mm face height, squared body & face with neutral facial expression without smile, uniform lighting without shadows or glare on plain, light background with no alterations. Two pics are required: 50 mmx70mm. The requirements are too precise for the Passport photo places I have checked with. Your application can be put on hold if the photo isn't correct. The photo must be commercially shot & printed, with studio info on the back or I would just do it myself. I could go to a real studio but I just need the passport pic & don't want to pay $$. Ideas, anyone? I'm sure there must be a passport photo place that does foreign passport pics in Seattle area. Thank you!

Our house was just inspected pre-sale & now the bathroom (non-GFI) outlet isn't working. I tripped all the breakers, reset, then checked every single outlet, found 2 GFIs, (one in & one outside), reset them & still no luck. I'm wondering if the inspector checked the wiring somewhere & how/where to check what. It is the buyer's inspector, so can't really call but I really don't want to spend even more $ to hire an electrician if I don't have to, especially as it was working just fine pre-inspection. Any ideas?
