Im am too skinny. Im a 13 year old girl that weighs 41 kg at the height of 157 cm. Which gives me a bmi of 16.6, I am in the recovery of anorexia and i want to gain weight. Breakfast: milkshake(1/2 cup milk with half a banana)
oats (uncle tobys oats quick sachets)made with water
2 slices of multigrain toast with meadowlee and whipped peanut butter
snack:apple, just juice popper and a apple fruit bar
lunch:tiny teddies packet, be natural berry trail bar and a sandwich (ham and meadowlee)
Snack: milkshake(same a breakfast), ski delite yoghurt(small tub) , 2 sticks kit kat and a crunchy apricot flavored museli bar
dinner: always different, sausages with 1 boiled potato and veggies or pasta and chicken or beef or roast or wraps and a glass of pepsi max
snack: ice cream in a small cone
