Ok International politics are complicated and I know the President has domestic duties but even though I personally don't like Kerry, I sort of have a bit more respect for him though I like Obama more as a man ( I don't particularly like the guy either just comparatively) I don't have much if any respect for him in foreign affairs anyway as for domestic affairs I am not America and don't feel I can really comment.

As a non American ( British) I feel that Kerry even though I don't agree with him or his methods at least he has balls. I feel Obama is either a sly little bugger or he's a bottler in the worsening international relations situation.

I am not saying that is the case in fact it is just the impression that is coming across.

McCain on the other hand is to me a bit of a loose cannon who is dangerous to world peace.

British has also put in a much stronger man as foreign secretary Philip Hammond who though again I am too long in the tooth to fall for the bull at least he looks the part and will be much more effective in that role than Wee Willie Hague who was fast becoming a joke.

Even though I sort of have a grudging respect for Hammond as I do Kerry I still think they are wrong to blame Russia on all the worlds problems at the moment and that makes me very wary of our leaders motives. Russia should be a strong allies for mutual gain and nothing that Putin or the Russian Government have done has warranted the amount of propagand our press is attempting to kid us with.

Sorry I believe the guy has got blood on his hands....but you may feel differently.

They were applauding the later German goals and ALL the booing was directed to their team.

It's easy to be a good football fan when you're winning and lets be honest no other country has won more than Brazil but the test of character is when you lose and lose very badly and I think the Brazilian fans showed grace and class the way they accepted a good hiding.
