These past weeks, maybe months at this point, I've been feeling extremely alone and I feel like its just me in life even though I do have family and friends around me but I just have this feeling of emptiness and loneliness inside me. I also keep pushing myself away from people and am limiting any outside interactions. I just don't understand what I'm doing and how to make myself feel better. I loved playing video games, going outside, 3d modeling, and riding my bike but everything just feels so worthless, I don't get any enjoyment from things anymore. I don't feel motivated to do anything and have to push myself to work on a project or school work. I can't keep living like this and its breaking me really bad. Everyday I go through this same dumb cycle where I don't even feel like I should wake up anymore and then the rest of the day I just weep in my own sadness putting my head down trying to feel better. I go outside and only temporarily find some peace in mind but I just wanna stop feeling this. I'm losing my mind, I can't think straight pls someone explain what I can do to stop feeling like this I just cant keep going through these things

I'm a really happy and energetic dude but these past few weeks I've been feeling extremely empty, hurt, and sort of depressed even tho nothing is really wrong with me. I just feel secluded even tho I do have people around me but I just feel trapped and alone, and when I get a chance to conversate I back down wanting to be alone but when I'm alone I feel sad. I used to 3D model, play games, hang outside, and more but all these activities just feel like a burden to me and it doesn't give me the same enjoyment. I have to push myself to work on my modeling projects even tho I happily did them before. The feeling goes away sometimes but it hits back extremely hard and I don't know what I should do.

What does Ben mean by his description, is it present in today's world and if it isn't, why not?

The theme is "Ideas of a few dominating the lives of many." I was given Elizabeth to write about and am clueless of who dominates her. I thought maybe it might be men in general but do not know how. Can someone please help me?
