Before the rating system was either good or bad. It was accurate because there are many people that deserve to have a bad rating.

This system now you can say it was helpful, informative, amusing, or that you agree. But those are all positives and no negatives. Why do we need negatives?

1. People can be wrong. OK I know many questions are opinion based but I answer ones that deal in facts and if somebody answers one and is wrong they NEED to receive a negative rating for being wrong.

2. Some people are just jerks. Even if they are right some people can simply be nasty. Even if they are not mean enough to get into trouble by reporting their answer they still deserve a bad rating for being a wanker.

3. Then you have those that don't answer the question at all. Yes, I know that we can and should report these people. I do. But before I report them I give them a big fat thumbs down.

Well at least I use to give negative ratings for those three reasons. Now I cannot. I can only give a good one or nothing. How stupid is this?

After my dad passed away I started going thought some of his computer stuff for my mom. He had what appeared to be a USB flash drive but it isn't. It is a Hasp4. He has had a few PCs, many laptops, over the last 5 years and about 1.5 years ago got a brand new MAC top of the line system. I am guessing it may have been with the MAC.

From what I can understand it seems to protect stuff that you create. But that sure as heck isn't anything he would do. And I haven't really kept up with much IT stuff for over 8 years like I use to so it is new to me as well.

Exactly what does it do? To me the stuff I've found so far on line just seem extremely vague. As a normal PC user who just uses MS Office, various media softwares, a few games, and a lot of internet time would I really have a need for such an item?

I use to use two packets of flavored oatmeal then switched to one pack and 1/4 cup of plain oatmeal. I would do half milk and half water and it was fine and good. I've recently switched to 1/2 cup of just plain oatmeal but it is too bland. I've added fruit and used all milk in it and even added 1 teaspoon of honey but it is still not close to the flavor and creaminess of using at least one packet. Am I missing something here? What can I do to make it less bland and more enjoyable like when I use to use the packets?

I'm using Nero 8 to create audio CDs. It asks me for the title of the CD and for the Artist name. The tracks I copy over in the list have the track number and are titled with the name of the song. However, after the burning process is complete that information is not relayed to the cd. All of the tracks show up on the CD and will play and everything so that isn't the issue. The problem is that the CD is only recognized as unknown artist and unknown album and the tracks no longer are titled, they only show up as Track 01, Track 02, and so on. Why can't I get this to save the artist, album, and song information as it is shown when I am creating the disk so that it appears as a regular store bought one in any CD player or computer when done?

OK. The Doctor Who episode of The Doctor's Daughter just aired here in the States last night on the Sci Fi Channel. I have a question about what happened to the Doctor's daughter.

I knew that being a time lord that being shot would not kill her. However she game back to life without actually regenerating. Why did she not change as all Time Lords do when they regenerate or did she recover by some other method, like with the terra forming item like Spock did in Star Trek III?
