Today, I got a letter in the mail from a supposed Lawyer from Spain who wrote in the letter for us to get a claim from a dead guy named Gravel Zuljevic. Our Last name is Zuljevic and my Fathers Dad had alot of brothers we don't know. My Dad came to the US when he was a few months old, he was born in Italy. So I can't tell if this is a scam or not, he wrote his address in the letter, email and he also has a website http://lefasso.com/index.html

No money was asked for us to send. He didn't ask to transfer the money in an account, so read what he wrote back to us in an email regarding the situation and let me know what you think please.

Thanks for your response. My prior mail to you was written as a last resort because of mounting pressure on me from the safe keeping company to present the beneficiary to the vault of my late client above all because I know it is legally very possible.

I know you might not be anyway related to my late client but the reason I contacted you is because after the death of my late client and his family, I was informed by the Safe Keeping Company to search for any member of his extended family (related especially with a common surname); to put up a claim for his deposited Vault with them. After a rigorous search for a direct family member which came to no avail and the reminder notice I got from the safe keeping firm at the beginning of this year to look for some relative to come for the claim or the vault will be reported as unclaimed.

Based on this I decided to look for some one credible, with a fixed address and possibly with a common surname to apply for this claim. I also do acknowledge the fact that they might be thousands of Zuljevic out there, my interest is just on one person with fixed address that can work with me, and so I am not interested in others.

I want you to be rest assured that this is legal with no risk involved, since all the modalities for vault release has being well studied and I can guarantee confidently the release of the vault if we both collaborate and work as a team respecting the due process of law.

Certainly, it requires only a matured mind to understand all I am saying and I believe you are matured enough that is the reason why I am going further to explaining this to you now, further deliberations will be held on this as we proceed. But on a general note and based on my research I know the entire process will take a maximum of three weeks.

Please bear in mind that you have to be really sure if you are going ahead or not for I do not want to jeopardize the success of this transaction which means so much to me. And if you also have any question please ask me so that I can explain to you.

Without undue emphasizes I am vast in law and from my experiences I have no doubt that we can get the vault out without any hitch. Confidentiality is the key to the transaction because He did not disclose the exact content of deposited diplomatic box to the safe keeping company for security and personal reason. If the childs last name is the fathers and shes with some other man, can she change the childs last name to the man shes with or hers? I have a daughter, I pay child support but the mother doesnt let me see the baby at all and she has custody. So im scared that she could change my kids last name to guy she is with who is her husband or even her last name.

I was thinking they should have honolulu blue home uniforms, white away uniforms, thanksgiving throwbacks worn only on THANKSGIVING and for an alternate uniform they need to make a Silver uniform. I think during the regular season they should eliminate OT to make ties more common, or if they keep OT in the regular season you should have to score a touchdown instead of a field goal to win. What do you guys think?

I tried to create what their new uniforms would look like by bringing back some old uniform features, like adding blue back to the facemask. Are these ones better than the ones they have now? Please give me ur thoughts!

I was searching about it and i've found that some people say the number 333 was somewhat holy, the devil all that stuff. Hey i'm at a very hard time in my life. Here is the situation and its long:

I met this girl in 2006, and she was my first girlfriend/lover and little after we met about 2 months of being together her mother let her move in at my parents house we were both 16 at the time (but 18 now). Me and my parents took care of all her needs, because her mother wasnt hardly there for her, a few months later she screwed around on me and left 4 different times and i presued and got her back. And then she came back, i got her pregnant and she had the baby on february 11, 2009 and she ended up leaving march 28, 2009 saying she was going to take the baby to visit her grandfather; i heard nothing from her and in the middle of the night i got a text from her stepfather that she left me for another guy and she and the baby was staying with him. Then the next day her sister came over and got her and the babies clothes and after that ive asked to see the baby multiple times and they said no. And her stepfather said he was going to get a restraining order on me all because i asked to see the baby? my ex girlfriends new boyfriend texted me threating to take my kid if i wouldnt leave her alone. on her myspace she has that shes in love with him and that hes her hubby which she considered me and all this in a 3 day period?.. im hurt and i dont know what to do.
