The reason the Federal government has said they cannot establish recognition of state Pistol permits like drivers licenses is it would infringe on state rights. Well now they are crossing that bridge why can they not establish a state to state mandatory recognition of pistol permits just like drivers licenses? It only makes sense. What do you think?

Use some common sense people. Bloomberg is quick to want more gun registration yet he has a security team. Now what is the poor working class person supposed to do? he can't afford a armed guard, If the firearm caused these crimes then military forces cause wars. When are you going to realize that objects within themselves cannot kill, it takes the conscious action of a person bent on destruction to make an item lethal. this was proven when a plane was used 9/11, A car was used last year to plow into a crowd killing 38 people. and a knife was used in China the same day as the CT tragedy to kill 22 children.

I also ask why is the press condemning Assault weapons when it was hand guns that were primarily used. They stated in the news the Assault weapon was in the trunk of his car.

Once again our rights to privacy and against illegal search and seizure are being attacked

Yes even before his second term starts Obama has contacted the UN and informed them he wants to restart the Un gun ban Treaty talks. This will in his mind nullify our Second Amendment. Here is a Person getting ready to once again take the oath of office of President of the United States which includes the words to uphold and abide by the Constitution and is already trying to destroy it! What are your thoughts on this?

Jim McGovern and Nancy Pelosi have introduced House Joint Resolution 88. This resolution would guarantee first Amendment rights only to natural persons. Meaning if you get together in an corporation or association you would no longer be recognized under the First Amendment. This resolution takes away the rights of any organization or Union. NAACP, AARP, NRA, Auto workers Union, all of them would legally have no First Amendment rights if this goes forth. No Tea Party, No Occupy!

What is it that the new Democratic Party seems to have against the rights of Americans? They try to take away gun rights through the United Nations. Then when that fails they go after the First Amendment, making it where you can't get together to boost your voice.

Americans I ask this as I read about people that have their bank accounts frozen by the Government for months, end up losing homes and with their children going hungry. their credit ruined to find out the IRS made a mistake. No compensation but a letter saying it is all straightened out.

Families being sued for stupid reasons and their accounts being seized for up to a year. Once it is straightened out and they prove their innocence the person accusing them goes on while they have to rebuild their credit.

Is this freedom?

I also read where SWAT teams brake into homes after just yelling police and wonder why the home owner arms himself. I mean anyone can yell police, what happened to proving your identity! They then can kill you and it is OK, whether you were guilty or not. The government has become the SS of Germany and is not held acountable.

I was viewing his certificate of Birth that was put up on his web site as proof that he was born in Hawaii. The problem is it is green not the gray and black print used in the early 60's. I looked at the bottom of the form and it says "(rev 11/0s)Laser". I am pretty sure the laser printer wasn't around back then. I thought the story was fake but this certificate gives more questions than answers. I wonder now was he born in Kenya?

I also know that you can have an American Birth Certificate and another countries birth certificate, but it doesn't necessarily mean you can run for President. Both Parents have to be American citizens or the birth must be on American Soil.
