Hi. Period was due the 12th. Got depo shot the 6th ( had neg preg test then ) anyway I'm getting worried my period still hasn't came. I know the bc may be affecting this reason but still can't stop thinking about it. Lookin for advice or anyone with same problem thank you!

Hi. I am going to start watching a friends toddler for about 5 hours a day twice a week. She says I can bring my toddler along too ( 14 months ) and she wants to know how much I charge. I usually charge 12-15 per hr but that's without bringing my child along. Should I lower the rate? What do you guys think or what would you think is a reasonable rate? Thank you so much in advance!!! Hi. I just switched my 13 month old from formula to whole milk-he's taking it good and the doctor warned me he may get constipated because of it. But he has the opposite.....diarrhea that is a light lime green color ( sorry not to disgust you-just want to give all facts )

So does this mean he's allergic or what does it mean? Thanks so much in advance!!!!

Hi. I have had what I think is my period for 12 days now. Bright red and passing clots. Doc asked if i was pregnant and i wasnt sure so he gave me a test ( urine ) came out negative. He also tested me for diabetes or if i was anemic both came out negative. This bleeding is very abnormal for me. I usually am pretty light for about 3 days. Im going to the doc again this afternoon but im so worried. Has this happened to anyone else or know whats causing this? Possible I am preg and somethings wrong?!?

Hi. I usually exclusively breastfeed my 9 month old but I need to stop and put him on formula because he's not gaining very much ( just went to his well check up today and doc told me to switch to formula because I may not be producing enough for him ) anyway, I'm not sure.....how many ounces should I give him? He already does very well with solids and soft foods. I just need help about the formula. Thank you=)

Hi. I heard my son can now have cottage cheese since he's 8 months old. But what kind(s) can I give him? I know he can't have cow's milk until 1 years old so reluctant to give it to him but want him to try new foods.

Also- other food suggestions would be greatly appreciated. He's already mastered veggie/fruit puree's, gerber puff's/crackers and yobaby yogurt.

He's main source of food is mommy's milk=)

Hi. My 4 1/2 month old son's pediatrician recommends that I give him vitamins since he is exclusively breastfed. The problem is....when I went to buy some....I saw two different kinds. One with iron and one without. Which one's should I give him? Doc is not available until Monday so please help me out. Thanks=)

My 4 month old baby ( with dr approval ) is doing really good on rice cereal and I even started mixing pureed peas in with it ( i want to start him on veggies so he wont favor the sweetness of fruit ) He hasn't had any allergic reactions or anything as he's had it for 7 days now.

Anyway, I was wondering which veggie should i give him next. Looking for ideas.

I have pureed squash, sweet pot's and carrots on hand.

I thought cereal was first. However, I keep hearing that you should first start the baby on meat, then veggie, maybe cereal and fruit last so they dont favor the sweetness of it. True?

Also, I was looking in Target, babies r us and Lucky's today for pureed baby foods. I looked for meats but they only have some that have meat plus gravy in it. Is that ok to give for first foods? Or what should I give him as far as meat goes? Thanks.........

Just wondering. My son is 3 1/2 months old and my cousin just gave us some oatmeal and mixed grain cereal. I can't remember...can they have it at 4 or 6 months? Also if you gave it to your baby earlier than that, how did they react? Did they like it? Thanks.....

So I just got my period 3 months postpartum about 2 weeks ago. It was pretty light and lasted 4 days. Now I'm starting to bleed again. ( 2 days now ) Is this normal? I'm breastfeeding if that matters at all.

That's not normal for him. He usually has atleast one if not more a day.

I haven't ate anything out of the ordinary that would make him constipated so it's not my diet. What can I do for him? Should I buy him some formula for the time being?

I read in a few books that exclusively breastfed babies need to have vitamin drops. I asked my doctor and he said no.

Just wondering what you guys think and or did with your baby.

My little guy had his 2 month checkup and immunizations today. Understandably, he is really cranky and crying alot. He's already had tylenol and is only happy when we walk around with him. He literally wont let us put him down. Can you please give me suggestions on how to make him more comfortable/comforted. Thank you so much!

Hello my exclusively breastfed 2 month old baby has been sleeping through the night for the past 3 days ( average 6-7 hours! ) which is great for me to be able to get some sleep but im worried about my milk supply. Will it decrease because of this?

My hubby has food poisoning. I feel okay so far but since we eat the same foods, Im guessing I might get it to. If I do, can I still breastfeed?

Just curious....when did you stop leaking? I am exclusively breastfeeding my 6 week old and I still leak......thought it would stop by now.
