Ive been dragging *** all day today and don't know why. Decided to work out but afterwards felt 10 times worse. Symptoms are head pressure, face is on fire, extreme fatigue (even though I've done absolutely nothing all day) and nasal drip. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Which one is better and why?

The procedure doesn't scare me that much but the actual anesthesia . Because I don't tell my parents a lot of things cause I've done some bad things (snuck out ,parties,smoked) and I don't want to to blurt them out under the medication
