Ok, my uncle says on some prophecy shows they are saying a giant asteroid is supposed to hit near Jamaica in September. Any truth to this?

I honestly thought Juan Pablo had to be the worse Bachelor so far. He was very rude, condescending and she was all up on him while he was being a jerk during the interview at the end. Ok. I have a family member who plea bargained and is supposed to serve 3 years in a federal prison. He is not my favorite relative and the reason I am even addressing this is because my 93 year old grandma loves him and I am caring for her right now.

He was just sentenced and part of the agreement made was he was supposed to be put in a prison near his family and I found out this morning they are putting him about 2000 miles away! I called his attorney and she was about to do something about it when she saw he filed his own appeal and a form coming after her saying she was basically a bad attorney....that was news to me! I apologized, she said she was not worried about it but that it shows he rocked the boat, that is why he was not being put near his family. She said said this is reopening and changing stuff. What could happen next? Couldn't he now loose his plea bargain?

I am planning a weekend in Austin. What is down there to do and can anyone recommend a nice place to stay? We only have two days and I want to make it nice. It is a surprise fore my hubby. Thank you!

I keep my bills up to date 1st off. I have a sibling that has collectors calling but they keep calling my cell phone looking for him over and over again. Can they do this? It there something I can do? Please no comments about telling him to pay his bills etc etc. I have no control over what he does. I just want to be free of the calls. I know I have been on here before but I got another question. My uncle is still in jail and now wants to himself from jail sue the people who had him arrested. He wants us to go get a form to file a commercial lean against them. He claims to be reading legal books and honestly I do not want to get involved. He is in jail I do not think he can do this without his attorny help right or a legal aid? I do not like the people that filed charges and do not know about the case all the way and do not want to get involved right now. I want to help him with another attorney after sentencing and appeal. Does that sound right?

Hi, my grandma actually wanted me to find something out. My uncle is in some trouble and is in jail. White collar, he had court appointed legal counsel and he plead guilty so he could get a reduced sentence. Sentencing is next month now...he actually got in more trouble for no showing the 1st sentencing hearing! My grandmother now wants to hire another attorney but I thought now it is to late. He plead guilty, wouldn't the judge have to even give permission to switch attorneys or can he? I was even told that helping him can cause problems....anyone with some insight I would truly appreciate. I am honestly tired of this and the only reason I am asking is she is 92 and worried.....

Hi, my grandmother is all worried. Her one son is in prison right now... non violent, minimum security. Basically he was dumb....

She said she was on the phone with him and she heard some sirens or something, he said he had to go and she has not heard from him since. That was last week now. I told her i would look into it [she is my granny] and was wondering if anyone knew what that might mean. I have 0 knowledge on anything jail related. I thought of calling there but with security no one tells anyone anything I have noticed. I was wondering if someone has worked in a prison or something they may give me some advice on how to find out why she has not heard from him. She is worried and 93 years old. I thought maybe the sirens meant a lockdown or something like that were they cannot use the phones....

Why in certain lighting do my eyes get a white flashing . It is not directly in my vision but the corners of my eyes and only when I look a certain way. Like directly at my computer , out the window were it is all foggy right now...it seems to be white light that causes it. There is nothing when I look down or go into a darker room. It is not even a bright flashing , I seem to get it in certain lighting.

We have a neighbor that is setting out those mouse traps that the mouse gets caught in the glue and stays there until it dies. I hate it, I think even though it is a mouse it is cruel. The problem is that they have a bunch of them in their front yard! So we pass the yard and there are mice caught in the traps out front. There are kids that play on the street, the mice are struggling..it is gross! This is a very family, suburban neighborhood..the yards are close the the road. These neighbors are not very nice, never polite. Any opinions what should be done?

I have a home office and it is a good job. Financially the company is growing but what do you all do to keep the walls from closing in on you? I miss the interaction, the office challenge but I know what I earn now I could not earn in a office. I get vacations and should feel like a success but the house gets to me. I have tried getting out more, took vacation last week..it just gets to me. Anyone else deal with this? My doctor said I am stressed ...
