Okay, I'm 14 years old, nothing stressful going on in my life at the moment... there's just one problem, I can't sleep :(

I usually get into bed between 10pm and 11pm and I end up just laying there until about 3 or 4 am when I finally fall asleep if I'm lucky :/ most of the time i cant sleep at all and end up laying there until i just have to get ready for school...

I'm always getting told off in class for not concentrating, but its really hard to keep focus when i havnt had any sleep :S

What's wrong with me?

And is there anything i can do to sort it out?, I want to be able to have a full nights sleep :(

I need help on what to do for my birthday...

Okay, basically my birthday is in august (i know its really far away but im thinking about what to do now), im going to be 15, and me and my friend are in competition to see who can have the more fun/epic birthday party, last year i went paintballing then she went rifle shooting.

I need good suggestions, in luton, london, bedford, milton keynes or anywhere near london,

Any suggestions?

Me and my friends need to take pictures of tigers (for some school work) so we are planning to go to london zoo in a week, but would there be any tigers out? :S

My ipod touch will not turn on, if i attept to turn it on with the lockscreen button it will come up with the apple and stay like that, then it will randomly turn off then go to the apple again!

If i connect it with my computer, iTunes doesnot detct my ipod and on the ipod it says its charging (the big battery on screen) but it wont do anything else!

I am quite a large girl and i really want to lose weight, especially in the thighs and stomach.

I hate the way I look and I could really use some tips on how to lose weight easy and some tips on what to eat and what not to eat.

(By the way im 13 and cant buy pills)

She just died, she was quite old, i dont want to throw her in the bin because the bin truck will crush her and i cant bury her in the garden because my dog will dig her up, what do i do with her?!

OK i Have a good few freinds but there are like two different groups of them, I love hanging round with all of them and they all love me but the problem is THEY HATE EACHOTHER,

its so hard i have to lie to some of them to go and hand with the others and visa versa. if they find out they will kill me, what can i do to fix this?

I have noticed it more over the past few days but every time I'm talking or even just sitting with my friends relaxing my mouth just fills up. When I'm talking it happens halfway through a sentence and my words do not come out properly, I am hoping my friends have not noticed yet.
